Locomotion is any action using alternating leg movements to move yourself from point A to point B👟. Each step that contacts the ground transfers energy⚡️ to help move it in the intended direction↩️. Whether it be running to first base⚾️, changing directions on a soccer field⚽️, or shuffling side to side on a volleyball court🏐 Locomotion is a key component in sports. . 🏒Sport Level Change: Level change in sports happens all the time. You could be receiving a ground ball, lifting an opponent in combat🤼‍♀️, or going for a jump ball in basketball, level change is an important movement in ground based sports🤾🏽‍♂️. Laughing at myself ready to be a sweaty mess at @v1befitness event with @myproteinuk 💁🏼‍♀️💦 . Today I got up and felt 10x worse than yesterday😭 I wanted to gym before work but I didn’t do either... I’m never usually ill and for some reason I find relaxing so difficult but today I was forced to and I feel so much better for it🙈😜 . Can’t believe it’s the start of week 3 of Phase 2. Time sure flies when your having fun. Hmm... 🤔 I don’t know if the phase really goes well with 80DO. Haha! . It’s hard but it’s fun in its own silly way. Today was Booty and I have come to realize that I need to get 12 and 15 lbs dumbbells soon. Some moves are becoming to easy with 10’s. 💪🏼 .
