Qui veux un burger #heathyfood ? Pour un bon burger maison il vous faut : • Des graines de pavot • Des graines de courge • 100g de viande rouge • Pain complet pour hamburger • 2 tranches de bacon • 1 oignon • 1 mozzarella et 2 tranches d'emmental • 2 Cornichons • 1 tomate • Oeuf Séparer le blanc du jaune, puis ouvrir le pain à hamburger, à l'aide d'un pinceau recouvrir le pain du jaune d'oeuf. Saupoudrer de graines de pavot et de graines de courge. Assaisonner la viande avec du persil de l'ail, sel et poivre puis former 2 steaks pour 100g Les cuire avec de l'huile de coco, (de préférence) couper l'oignon en tout petit morceau et y faire revenir dans la poêle après avoir enlevé les steaks, rajouter le blanc d'oeuf (pas de gâchis de proteine!). Vient le montage de l'hamburger, mettre dans le pain une tranche de bacon, une tranche d'emmental, le premier steak, une tranche de mozzarella, le deuxième steak, la tranche d'emmental, le blanc d'oeuf cuit avec les oignons et la dernière tranche d'emmental. Enfourner 5min à 150°C. Meal prep for the week done ✔️ I call this week’s meals “everything under the kitchen sink” because I challenged myself to work with what I had in my house instead of going to the store for what I wanted. I had everything I needed already! For breakfast, I whipped up a Frittata with peppers, onions and mushrooms to have with some Canadian bacon. Lunch will be either a Chicken, spinach, artichoke heart, tomato and mozzarella mix or Chicken with lentils, tomatoes and sautéed onions. Dinner (not pictured) will be some fresh fish and veggies and I have apples if a snack is needed throughout the day. Looks like a lot of work but honesty took me less than an hr! Worth the time and effort 💪🏽 #mealprep

I don’t show my food often enough and I’m always getting asked what I eat or if I have simple and quick meals for all those busy mamas out there!⁣ ⁣ This is one of my FAVORITE dinners and takes all of 30 seconds. I used a mixed bag of salad which contained kale, cabbage, broccoli, brussells sprouts, chicory, and a bit of dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds. 🤩 ⁣ ⁣ I added 2 tsp of the poppy seed dressing it comes with, and topped it off with a store-cooked rotisserie chicken! #samsclubforthewin ⁣ ⁣ 30 seconds. The weekend goes by too fast! So just wanted to share my feelings with you guys, one of my goals for 2019 is to get over my fear of food. I did really well last weekend with not stressing but like everything we have highs and lows! Last night I ate some chocolate which was left over from Xmas. I really enjoyed it but felt guilty afterwards. I woke up this morning still feeling abit down. Thoughts such as ‘you shouldn’t have eaten that’ and ‘you’ll be fat if you carry on’ came to mind. Literally while brushing my teeth this morning I looked in the mirror I told my self off! I said ‘Jess pull yourself together’ and I carried on with my day as normal and after felt bad since. A warm oatmeal bowl 🥣 on a cold windy morning 🥶 helps lift the mood! . I microwaved 1/2 cup of 1-minute oats with 1 cup water (only bc I’m out of soy milk). Topped it with blackberries, raw almonds, chia seeds and a drizzle of honey (🍯 not pictured). I also ate a couple of hard boiled eggs 🥚 to add some protein and make this meal more satisfying 👍🏻 . I basically made a meal out of what I already had in my pantry and fridge because I haven’t gone grocery shopping for the week yet. . Not gonna lie, I’ve been struggling so far this semester/year. I’m not even sure if I feel comfortable sharing this with you all. It’s hard for me to want to keep up this page when I’m always thinking, “what’s the point?” It’s very difficult to share a positive post when you just don’t feel up to it. . I have had very good things happen in my life recently, but I can only seem to focus on the bad. I know that I will get through this, but I just wanted to share a real part of my life with you all. If anyone else is struggling with depression or anxiety, I know how you feel and you are not alone even though it feels like you are. We all have our ups and downs. I have learned that this is a part of life and IT IS OKAY TO FEEL the bad along with the good. . So if you are in the same place as me, come up with one achievable goal that you can accomplish today (whether it’s getting out of bed to shower or hitting the gym). I made 1 pancake with blueberries & the other 2 plain. Served with some sugar free lite syrup from Safeway. It was pretty good, but did have a grittier and spongier texture than the other protein mix brands. Auf einem guten Weg meinen Vorsatz für 2019 zu erfüllen 💕💪🏻 (🇺🇸👇🏻) . * Werbung | Ad * . . Na wie weit seid ihr mit euren Vorsätzen 🤨😂 Ich habe es ja bis jetzt niemandem erzählt, aber da jetzt erste Ergebnisse da sind, ist die Gefahr komplett zu scheitern vielleicht nicht mehr da 😅 zumindest kann ich immernoch sagen: Es hat gut angefangen 🙃 Ich möchte nämlich einfach nur die paar Kilo wieder runter haben, welche ich letztes Jahr zugenommen habe 👍🏻 Abnehmen ist eine Überwindung aber das Gewicht zu halten ist die wirklich schwere Aufgabe! Das sind zumindest meine Erfahrung. Sport ist gut, aber auch die Ernährung muss stimmen, ich habe eine lange Zeit den Fehler gemacht einfach zu wenig zu Essen, was dazu geführt hat, dass der Körper in den Hungermodus verfallen ist und direkt alles an Energie für schlechte Zeiten eingespeichert hat. 😥 Damit das nicht mehr passiert habe ich mir jetzt vorgenommen zu Frühstücken 😊(Ich bin nicht so der Frühstücksmensch). Und weil ich Morgens nicht immer die Zeit habe, ersetze ich immer wenn ich es sonst ausfallen lassen würde, das Essen durch einen Shake 😋 Ich probiere derzeit den All-in-one Shake von @fitnfemale mit Himbeergeschmack 😍 der ist schnell gemacht und schmeckt mir mit etwas fettarmer Milch sehr gut, also eine super Lösung. Außerdem ist er reich an Eiweiß und Magnesium und hat etwa 221 kcal 👍🏻 Heute war wieder Wiegetag und bis jetzt sind schon ein paar Kilo weniger, ca ein Drittel ist geschafft 🤫 Habt einen schönen Sonntag 💕 . . . I am not a big fan of breakfast, that is why I am trying drinking shakes now every time I would have skipped breakfast in the past. I hope this will help to reach my weight loss plans for 2019, I am on a good way 😊 have a nice Sunday 💕
