Wednesdays are a bit of a rush as Dils has football training so by the time i get back it’s too late for my dinner so i have to get my arse in gear early. So it’s quick simple dinner on wednesdays. I used a few artichokes and sundried toms from the anti-pasti section and they come in marinated oil so no additional flavourings needed for my veg.
