Monday blueess 🌧 (literally tho didn’t notice my hoodie was blue 😝). . . Getting out of bed on Mondays might be tough. Maybe all you wanna do is snooze the alarm and snooze that to do list too. . But “if you snooze, you lose.” When there’s goals you’re working towards, you do everything you can to accomplish them — Prioritize those goals and the steps that get you there. . I could’ve snoozed today’s workout for “later on in the day.” Then end up too busy and just fall off track. That’d not move me closer to my goals, nor helped my health, and I’d not feel great about myself either. . I’m smiling because I can say otherwise. Yess I got up and did my workout and made sure to fuel my body properly. . Throwback naar vorige week tijdens mijn rug-, biceps en schoudertraining 🏋️‍♀️ °°° Een drukke, maar productieve dag gehad.. ☆ Wekker om 5:30 & oppassen op 2 hele gezellige kinderen van 7:00 tot 9:00 ☆ Op bezoek bij mn ouders thuis, koffie gedronken met mams ♡ ☆ Kennismakingsgesprek op een sportschool, aangenomen als stagiaire Personal Trainer voor de maandagen en vrijdagen ✔ ☆ Naar de gym geweest voor mijn legday. Pittige krachttraining gehad & intensieve cardiotraining van ruim 45 minuten gedaan. Ruim 2 uur getraind in totaal 🏋️‍♀️ ☆ Boodschappen in huis gehaald 🛍 ☆ Verder gewerkt aan mijn thuisstudie 📚 °°° Een erg korte nacht gehad, heel weinig gezeten vandaag, bijna heel de dag in beweging geweest.. Productieve dagen zijn heerlijk, maar best wel heel erg gesloopt nu 😴 °°° Bijna tijd om te koken voor mijn vriend en mij, derest van de avond gelukkig niks meer op de planning 😅

Bonjour à tous ! J’espère que tout se passe bien et que la semaine commence bien même malgré de temps 💁🏻‍♀️ Pour ma part j’ai réduit les entraînements et je fais une pause car beaucoup de remises en question sur pleins de sujets différents. Voici la personne avec qui je partage ma vie. Nous nous sommes rencontrés en salle de sport il y’a 9 mois. Nous nous sommes mis à discuter et nos points communs on fait que nous en sommes là aujourd’hui. Pour ma part, il était hors de question d’être avec quelqu’un qui ne connait pas le milieu du sport, tout simplement car d’un point de vue extérieur, ceux qui n’en font pas ne comprennent pas du tout que l’on veuille aller s’entraîner tous les jours, que parfois on ne reste pas avec eux pour pouvoir aller defoncer ses petites jambes, ou que l’on ai un régime précis ou des objectifs précis. On est vite rabaissé parce que l’on est « trop musclé », que c’est «moche » ou que l’on est dans l’excès. Pour ma part j’ai déjà eu des réflexions ou l’on me disait que je n’étais plus féminine, que j’avais un dos d’homme, que je ressemblais à un homme car trop musclée. Une personne venant du même milieu ne va jamais trouver que c’est trop, à moins d’être dans l’excès. Elle va comprendre et nous aimer tel que l’on est. Sachant que j’avais des objectifs de compétition et que j’en ai encore malgré mes doutes sur mes capacités perpétuelles, je ne pouvais pas être avec quelqu’un qui n’aurait pas compris que je m’expose en bikini sur une scène à faire la belle juste pour être notée et faire une sèche de 4 mois juste pour quelques minutes sur scène. Lui a compris et comprendra toujours. Lui me motivera dans mes objectifs comme moi dans les siens. Je l’aimerai tel qu’il est et il m’aimera telle que je suis. Cela nous permet d’échanger sur nos connaissances personnelles sachant qu’en plus de cela nous avons tous les deux fait une formation sportive. Échange sur notre diet, nos entraînements, notre manière de voir les choses etc... 45 minutes of cardio and I forgot to shut off the fireplace first so I am DRENCHED. 😂🔥 It felt so good to get it done before grocery shopping, and have the rest of the day to get ish done. I even had to switch from leggings to shorts about 10 minutes in. . . Growing up, I always thought my thighs were HUGE. Ya know when you sit down and your legs kinda squish out and look bigger? Yeah mine were ALWAYS bigger than my friends and it really bothered me. The back of my legs are covered in cellulite bumps, and my shorts cut into my legs when they roll up. But my legs are STRONG, they have gotten me from point A to point B for 25 years, and they are mine. Thick thighs, cellulite bumps and all. 🦄💪🏼
