✔ Anaerobic Threshold Session ✔ 20 x 20 sec off 20 secs recovery ✔ Trail Running for Proprioception ...... I have good and bad weeks .. largely dictated by my gut health or recovery rate. 🇩🇪Es gibt Menschen, die gehen fast täglich ins Fitnessstudio, und eigentlich müsste man davon ausgehen, dass das viele Training auch zu sehen ist. Doch bei vielen tut sich rein oder fast gar nichts: Sie sehen immer gleich aus, trotz regelmäßiger Trainingseinheiten – Problemzonen verschwinden nicht, das Muskelwachstum bleibt aus. Wenn man merkt, dass beim Training die Fortschritte ausbleiben, sollte das Training auf den Kopf gestellt werden. Die Leistung stagniert nämlich nicht, OBWOHL, sondern WEIL Du immer gleich trainierst. Die Muskeln und auch das Herzkreislaufsystem gewöhnen sich an die Belastungen und werden kaum noch gefordert. Daher sollte man etwa alle 6 Wochen neue Trainingsreize setzen. Das können neue Übungen, ein veränderter Trainingsablauf oder eine Anpassung des Pensums sein. Möchtest du also sichtbare bzw. spürbare Erfolge erzielen, ist regelmäßige Variation des Trainings notwendig. Aus diesem Grund trainiere ich sehr abwechslungreich💫 Wie macht ihr das?🙂🤷‍♀️ . 🇺🇸There are people who go to the gym almost every day, and actually, one would have to assume that the many training sessions can also be seen. But for many, pure or almost nothing happens: They always look the same, despite regular training sessions - problem areas do not disappear, muscle growth does not go away. If you notice that the training fails to progress, the training should be turned upside down. The performance does not stagnate, ALTHOUGH, but BECAUSE you always train the same. The muscles and also the cardiovascular system get used to the strain and are hardly required. Therefore you should set about every 6 weeks new training stimuli. These can be new exercises, a modified training course or an adjustment of the workload. To achieve visible or perceptible success, is: Regular variation of the training. Today we present our second #powerlyfting workout with the new format. When Building a well all around program many factors need to be taken into consideration, one of them is the #exercise sequence. Although many methods are out there, exercises should be chosen strategically so they do not "negatively" impact the exercises that follow. Below is a very popular method of #programming exercises during a micro-cycle session(by order): Multi joint #power Exercises (#clean, #jerk etc.) If you have those programmed in the Block. Non Power #core multi joint exercises (#squat, #bench, #deadlift) Assistance exercises and single joint exercises (Bicep curls, leg extentions) The logic behind this method is to tackle the exercises that require the highest amount of concentration, skill and effort first and leave the easier ones later. The following workout is extracted from our #offseason free powerlifting template, and follows the above guidelines. We can't stress on how unique every individual is and adaptation to training stimulus will differ accordingly.
