No saben lo que quedo este budin de limón que de fit no tiene mucho, pero siempre buscando la manera más saludable de comer. Lo hice para compartir con mi familia este domingo 😍😍 . RECETA Necesitas 1 taza de harina integral o la que tengas, 1/3 taza de aceite, 3/4 taza de azúcar mascabo o común, 1 taza de leche vegetal (use de soja que tenía preparada), jugo de medio limón y la ralladura de uno, polvo para hornear. Mezclar todos los liquidos en un recipiente y los secos por otra parte. Incorporar de a poco los secos en la mezcla liquida. Una vez que este todo integrado, llevar a una budinera y al horno por 20/30 min. Le podes poner chips de chocolate o nueces partidas y queda buenísimo. Para la cobertura usé el jugo de la otra mitad de limón y azúcar impalpable. Varias veces me preguntaron cómo hago para que los pancakes no se me peguen o rompan y yo explico que uso una sartén antiadherente, que pincelo con aceite de coco y que tapo para que con el mismo vapor se despegue ... nunca falla ...🙄🙄🙄... salvo hoy !! 😂😂😂😂 como sea nada empañó mi merienda: . . 👉para el pancakes o tortita: pones en el mix tres claras➕ 2 cucharadas soperas de harina de almendras ➕ 1 scop de proteína sabor vainilla (yo uso la de @suplementos_nutrilab ) ➕ 1 pisca de polvo de hornear ➕ un chorro de servía líquida ➕ estracto de vainilla : procesa y lleva a la sartén ... tírale arriba unas pasas de arándanos....tapa !! Cuando salgan burbujitas y se despegue, lo das vuelta y cocinas 1 minuto del otro lado 👉 yo me lo serví con un durazno y mantequilla de maní ... 💪💪💪💪 opción fácil para llevar de merienda al trabajo 💪💪💪 . . Bona nit #night 🌃 Acabando ya el domingo, el fin de semana y la semana entera. Solo dos días + de turno y unas pequeñas #holidays Se me está pasando bastante rápido y ameno el turno. Eso es porque se trabaja a gusto 👏🚔👮. La cena más bien la hubiese preparado en la época de definición, se puede comer más con tan pocas kcal? Difícil. Teniendo en cuenta que para comer ha caído 1/2 pollo 🍗 a la brasa (buenísimo) con su patata 🍟 y morro de 🐷 respectivo también a la brasa, había que moderarse esta noche. Muy pocas, solo 264 kcal, pero el plato lleno, acabando con la🍵 de siempre: ------- 🔹calamar 🐙 patagonico a la plancha 96 gr con salsa de zumo de 🍋, perejil y ajo picado ➕ especie de revuelto de judía verde plana 167 gr ➕ champiñones 🍄 117 gr ➕ tacos de jamón serrano desgrasado 41 gr (todo pasado también por la plancha) ------------------------------------------ 🔹acabo con la FRUTA, un kiwi verde, muy dulce 117 gr --------------------------------------------- Ya es un poco tarde. Así que, no hay que alargarse más. Giving my abs a 2-3week curfew.... ate out a fair bit this weekend but can still see some development 👌

If you are newer to the protein game, it may seem like a Herculean task to get enough protein in every day. But the good news here is that it may not be quite as hard as you think. I generally recommend my clients try to get between .7-1.0 grams per pound of bodyweight or goal bodyweight per day. For some, this range is easily attainable. For others, it may still may feel a bit difficult. - 🔹Sometimes getting a visual of protein grams might be helpful when planning meals out for the day or even the week. 25 grams is not a” standard" of any kind. I just use this as an example so you can see that protein grams adds up. - 🔹Most of the foods on this list, are pretty common protein choices. If you only had two of these on a daily menu, you would already be at 50 grams of protein pretty easily. And you probably would be having more than that - maybe it’s fish for dinner, or Greek yogurt as a snack. Add in smaller amounts of protein that are found in some vegetables, nuts, and some starches, you will be approaching 100 grams. - 🔹You can also use a protein powder to supplement your daily protein consumption. Making a protein shake is a great and easy way to add in upwards of 20-40 grams of protein depending on much you use. You always want to try and get the majority of your protein from whole foods, but supplementing your diet with protein powder is an effective way to get in that last little bit of protein. - 🔹There are plenty more examples of what 25 grams of protein could look like and I will post more to give you even more ideas on how you can meet your protein goals. - 🔹And I want you to remember this one thing about protein: If you goal is to get 100 grams a day (just as an example) and you don’t hit it, that is perfectly OK. You won’t lose progress, you won’t lose “gainz”. Some days you will hit your target, and maybe some days you won’t. What is important here is that you become more aware of your protein consumption and learn how best to work it into your lifestyle. - ➡️What is your favorite protein source? 45 дней:минус 7,5 кг,с 20% жира на 12%,мин 6 см в талии и 6 см в бедрах. Вывод: если базальный и основной метаболизм высчитаны правильно и создав грамотный дефицит калорий,сушка ( похудение) проходят комфортно. Ничего не болит,не ноет,не кружится,никакой гипоглекемии.
