Больше с каждым днем🔥 Сошли отеки , вес 99-100кг . Был 102 кг. Форму держим и не даю особо себе заплывать жирком. Переосмыслив тренировочный план было принято решение на время отказаться от тренировки ног и поставить приоретет в пользу верха.🖕 Тренировочный Сплит выглядит следующим образом: ✔ грудь / руки ✔спина / плечи ✔отдых ✔ грудь/ руки ✔ спина / плечи ✔отдых ✔отдых . Brush each side of the steaks in the maple-chili glaze and let it marinade for 30 minutes. 2) For the salsa mix together all ingredients in a bowl then set aside. 3) I tossed the asparagus and potatoes in olive oil, sprinkled with salt and pepper then laid it all out on a baking sheet. I roasted them for 25 minutes at 425 degrees. 4) Heat a pan on medium-high heat and add in some olive oil. Cook your steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the steak. 5) Serve the steaks topped with the avocado-pineapple salsa. Enjoy! .
