Happy with my transformation! First time wearing a bathing suit this season... and first time feeling 100% confident!!! The first picture is me today and the second picture is from a little over a year ago! I’ve dropped my body fat percentage from 31% to 18% between these two pictures. I went from weighing 146 to 120. This is just from changing my diet to being 100% clean and healthy and exercising regularly (around 4 days a week). I cut out any sort of sweets (such as cookies, cakes, muffins, rolls, and gummies) and stopped eating lots of processed foods (Mac and cheese, bagel bites, pizza). This process took time and was also daunting but it EVENTUALLY paid off. One of my favorite sayings is “success is not owned it’s leased, and rent is due everyday” .. you won’t see results right away but if you keep trying and don’t give up you can achieve whatever you desire! don’t give up! You are stronger than you think! 🌼

Burritos (Tortilla con claras de huevo y avena) —————————————————————————— Tortilla (salen dos de buen tamaño): 1/2 taza de claras de huevo 1/3 taza de avena 1/3 taza de agua Sal y pimienta al gusto Preparación: Mezclar todo en la licuadora, tiene que quedar una mezcla líquida.
