So I asked him what the name of that place is, and what he sees them buying from it. He said it’s called Starbucks, and what they get is a Brown Liquid that often makes Orcs nervous and highly energetic, and a swirl that is so sweet that’s said it is made in Vem Kuldir the Dwarven Capital and is the reason Dwarves are so short and chunky and unhealthy. So I opened MyFitnessPal and searched for these two so I can sort this out. Both of these came to about 900 calories, with high sugar and little protein and other nutrients to fill the Orcs. You see, protein is one of the most important macronutrients, and it is the only one that fills you up a crippling ton. It also helps preserve muscle mass, and build more of it after all the training and work, and heavy tasks they have to do. So, not filling up the big, strong orcs really makes sense. Chieftain Vulthag then asked me for a solution. He asked me, if I could provide a better option – a replacement of sorts- that would make his people strong, full and happy again. What I would like to see more of is my ass at the gym! 😅 Praise the lord cause my metabolism is acting real good these days and I have been losing weight, despite the lack of regular gym time. It might also have to do with my graveyard work schedule, because of which I get to skip a meal per day. But I definitely need to put more workout time in. Tbh life gets so busy sometimes, it just becomes hard to find time for the things you usually love doing. I love reading, and I haven’t been able to get a good read in in forever. I love working out, but I haven’t been to the gym in like a week now and that does not make me feel good. I guess this is my aim from now on.
