Awesome work and results from my client Jeff @duplob. Over 5 months Jeff has lost 8kg of fat and put on a lot of muscle on his whole body. The work ethic from this man: at times he was in the gym 6 times a week even when the stress of life was high - exceptional. Unfortunately Jeff had to return home to Asia, but I am excited to see how hes training resumes once settled in. You will be missed our client and friend. Keep up the good work 💪

Yay! I done it!! 🏊🏻‍♀️🏅💪🏻💜 This morning I swam 1 mile in the Serptine @swimserpentine - my first ever swim event! I didn’t get as much training in as I wanted as of illness & this & that but I really enjoyed it this morning! I forgot my ear plugs (ear ache + water = nice not!), being kicked in water 🤦🏼‍♀️ & not having my wetsuit on properly so sometimes I really did feel like I was getting no where fast. I’ve been real proud of myself lately in my fitness journey. It’s been my goal to be able to bench press plates (45lbs on each side) with perfect form and I FINALLY did it!! 🤗 ——— Not saying that the amount of weight matters because it DOESN’T!! ——— Buuuuuuuut... You have NO IDEA how good that felt to finally reach a goal I’ve had set for so long. It’s really shown me what I can be capable of when i put in hard work, dedication and getting in a positive mindset. ☺️🙌🏻👍🏻🧠 ——— Reaching this goal has motivated me so much and given me a little slice🍕of confidence not only in the gym but in all aspects of life. to look at challenges and think “yesgirl let’s get it”. If you ever feel discouraged in reaching your goals just remember that you can do it! You will reach that goal even though sometimes it can be hard just keep pushing and be strong! ——— Don’t give up! E vamos falar um pouco do agachamento sumô ou agachamento com pés abduzidos.. Esse exercício por ser um agachamento trabalha os músculos do glúteos e quadríceps (músculos anteriores da coxa, composto pelo reto femoral, e os vastos lateral, medial e intermédio). Mas esse agachamento por ter a característica das pernas e os pés estarem numa posição abduzira (sendo assim rodados em média num ângulo de +- 45•) Há assim uma ativação maior dos adutores de coxa( que são compostos pelos adutores longo, curto e magno) . Fantastic results from my client @nicoleashlenecabs in her 8 weeks so far! She has lost 7kg of fat and has gain a big amount of lean muscle, slimming her waist and tightening and growing her butt! Nicole stuck to her diet in the crucial initial weeks and has accelerated her results. I'm very proud and excited how she is progressing and looking forward to her upcoming training. Outstanding work from my client @tying_kwan! Tip's goal was to get leaner and build stronger and shapelier glutes without having her quads get any bigger. Weighing the same as when she started her training,  in JUST 6 WEEKS she lost 4% body fat and gained 1.5kg of muscle. She started at 51kg and fininshed at 51kg - she literally swapped out 1.5kg of fat for 1.5kg of muscle! . . Also In just 6 weeks, Tip has brought her Hip Thrust strength from 60kg for 8-10 reps to 135kg for 5 reps! . Tip made insane results in such a short amount of time but I'll be honest, the training and dieting she went through isn’t for everyone - her mindset and determination was her secret. I am very proud of her progress and its a pleasure to train such an incredible athlete!
