JANUARY 20th, 2018 👉 CLIENT SHOUT-OUT😎 w/ WOD💪 - I wanted to give a shoutout to my boy Cisco who has been killing it lately!!! He started training with me a few months ago and damn is he dedicated and determined. As a trainer, I love coming across people like Cisco. It fires me up finding a client who is truly dedicated to creating new habits and sticking to their goals. Not only is he killing it in grad school, but he found a way to make fitness a part of his everyday lifestyle. Sometimes I’ll get snaps from him at the gym early in the morning getting some solid cardio in, BUT THEN he will snap me again at 7 at night getting another session in. 🤘😱 His progress has blown my mind! Seeing his endurance and strength improve since December is the exact reason I love doing this. This man motivates me and inspires me to keep grinding and working my butt off!! Vyötärön ympärysmitta pieneni 10 cm, leveimmästä kohdasta vyötärön ja lantion väliltä pieneni 12 cm, reiden ympärysmitta esimerkiksi 9 cm. Vakauttamisvaiheen alku oli oikea juhlapäivä. Kolmeen viikkoon painoni ei ole muuttunut. Verenpaine on normalisoitunut, jalat eivät enää särje ja olokin on paljon parempi eikä tarvitse rasittaa itseään erilaisilla urheilusuorituksilla.
