Finally woke up early around 5am. Also tried working on a different machine for the first time. 3 x 10 reps (10 kilos on each side) Fun fact: I get most of my workout exercises from instagram fitness accounts #fitnesspost #fitnessjourney101 #legday

265 x 6 Reps Today was one of those days....i felt like shit and the last thing i wanted to do was workout. So I took a second to appreciate the opportunity life was giving me, STEP UP OR SHUT UP. I forced myself to get to the gym and Deadlifted heavier than i ever have in my whole life. 265 for reps, not my 1RM but definately heavier than ive ever attempted to pick up. Id call today a success without a doubt. It feels great to get home knowing i didnt bitch out and let myself down. #trialsandtribulations #fitnessjourney101 #itwontalwaysbeeasy #alwayswillbeworthit
