The most basic and one of the best for your back workout sessions.👊 I usually start and end my workouts with pull-ups. Because it's become considerably easier....don't worry if it's not that easy for you.....keep going hard in the gym evryday and it'll become easy for you too🙌. Rowing is one of my favorite exercises for my back workout sessions. It's perfect to add the extra thickness you want 💯 I usually prefer to go high volume on rows and so should you. Dnt worry about your perfect form when the weights get hard and heavy.
