you don't need other people's approval. if you want to make a change in your life, do it for YOURSELF. don't change because someone else is or anything like that. you are your own motivation. no one can make you or force you to do it. do it 100% for YOU, push yourself for you. also, don't cheat yourself, don't half ass your workouts or not push yourself as hard as you can. it's NOT easy and IT WILL be challenging but if you want it that bad, you'll get it.

Study done by the GOAT @bradschoenfeldphd . Obviously this is one study so we can't take it as a fact, but very interesting nonetheless. I'm personally a big fan of the mind muscle connection & do utilize it in my training. _____________________ What's interesting is that the hypertrophy in the quads was similar in both groups. The researchers believe this is because it's easier to develop a mind muscle connection as a beginner with your biceps, rather than your quads. The link to the study is in the second pic.

А вы ленивы и насколько? Лень не сколько черта характера, как многие думают, а его свойство вследствии недостатка мотивации и энергии на выполнение задачи. В спортзал может быть лень ходить, потому что и правда нет сил, а их и не будет если не тренироваться, вот такой вот парадокс. Значит нужно заставлять себя и меленькими шажками двигаться вперёд. Где черпать мотивацию? Через свои же результаты! Да только мы сами можем мотивировать себя. Ни картинки, ни результаты других этому не способствуют, они могут лишь нас вдохновить на единичный или несколько поступков, а дальше все мы снова сами с собой. Поэтому посыпаемся, вкусно и хорошо завтракаем и идём достигать новые уровни мотивации. i had a really good upper body workout today and i tried 2 new movements that i super setted together and it was a killler. the burn i got from my workout today was crazy. i didn't wanna be in the gym for that long today so i made my workout quicker than my last one and i just did all my favorites (the ones that burn the most😂). it was still super good though, my workout was quick but very effective. ___________ also i'm trying to show my face more in pictures because everyone asks me to😂 but i forget to sometimes sorry

once you see the small transformations that you've made in your body, it will literally motivation you to keep pushing for more & more. you need to learn how to appreciate all the progress you make no matter how small it is!! no one will see results overnight, it's going to take weeks, months and maybe even years for some goals to be reached. stay consistent and patient and you will achieve all of your goals with time. always celebrate your small victories, be proud of yourself. it's not a race or competition, and understand that no matter what goals you have for yourself, THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE TIME. learn to appreciate your body for the progress it made and even your flaws that you can't fix. 1. it's what makes you YOU. & 2. if you can't change it, why stress/ worry about it???? love yourself enough to do whats the absolute BEST for you & your body!!!

Wir freuen uns sehr, Hagen Franke, den Internationalen Deutschen Meister der GNBF von 2017, in unserem Team begrüßen zu dürfen. Ein toller Athlet und Mensch, der den Natural Lifestyle in vollen Zügen lebt und auch in seiner Funktion als Bundesland-Repräsentant von Sachsen-Anhalt weitergibt, um unseren tollen Sport voranzubringen. Bereits vor unserem ersten Treffen standen wir über die letzten Monate in Kontakt, konnten seine Ernährung optimieren und wie von ihm gewünscht, sein Ausgangsgewicht mit einer höheren Kalorienzahl als 2017 erreichen. Wie die nächsten Wochen verlaufen hängt auch stark von den schwierigen Rahmenbedingungen seines Jobs ab, welche vieles nicht einfacher machen. Dennoch werden wir alles daran setzen, konstante Fortschritte zu erzielen um mit viel Spaß und Motivation, seine persönliche Bestform zu erreichen! Das er für die Fahrt nach Stuttgart zum Formcheck, der 13-Punkt Hautfaltenmessung und dem anschließenden gemeinsame Training im eine Strecke von 1200 km und weitere Umstände auf sich genommen hat, spricht Bände. Hut ab und Respekt dafür. Sport verbindet - Ein Team, ein Ziel!
