I'm barely beginning this journey! I started just two weeks ago weighing at 159lbs. I'm incredibly happy that there is now 6lbs off of that! Unfortunately I am having surgery tomorrow, so that is a minor set back. I can't wait to heal and get back to it.

This was after I got married and still went on adventure runs for hours since pukiluq was gone for days. Everytime I start a run I pray my legs and feet work and Allah grants me energy and strength. By run I mean intervals of sprints, jogging and walking for a long distant. . After the car accident in 2015 running helped me cope with depression as well as build my stamina after months of not being able workout. I ran in school but it not being forced of course is a different feeling totally. My hippocampus was mainly the side that got hit (alhamdulilah better now) so I got on track to remembering the smaller details of things quicker. I still don't remember simple items and names if someone tells me once and we hardly talk but of course long term I've got no problem. Was a fatty then and even fatter now but running has helped me in so many ways. I mostly run on grass bc of back pains but since my form got better I don't feel too much pain afterwards. " Cat, I just want to be able to sit down without having to pull my jeans up over my roll" Ummm, can we talk about unrealistic expectations for a sec? Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, has some kind of a roll when they sit down. I dont care if you have a competition ready body fat percentage, you will still have some sort of a roll when you sit down. Its human. Its healthy. Now, that roll can be made smaller so you feel much more comfortable and confident in those jeans! But it will never completely go away. The TWO SECOND transformation above shows that there is always more to the story. Have you noticed how your favorite fit chicks never seem to have a roll and always have that perfect flat stomach? Lighting and angles. Don't get me wrong, serious hard work. It takes time and dedication to get where the picture on the right is possible. But don't compare your sitting down relaxed body to someone else's posed perfectly lit body. It's like comparing apples and steak. They are just not even close to being the same. Give yourself a break, put in the work, and love yourself because you are the only you there is 😘

Yes, that's an Elder Scrolls key chain.🎮😎 • I've done a lot of crazy crap in my day. I've never been the girl to go out and party. So, not that kind. BUT, it is still cringe worthy. First off, (on accident) I've totally cut my brother's fingers off✋. Ask me the story and I promise you'll laugh. Next, I used to wear basketball🏀 shorts and a t-shirt as a swimsuit because I hated my body. Bad part of my life.. • For anyone curious, my brother is okay!!! And, I do NOT wear baggy clothes to swim in anymore. It's crazy that AFTER I have two amazing children👭, I am actually more confident than before. Coaching has truly changed my life above anyone else's. I am just so blessed to help others at the same time. 😍 • What is some of your crazy sibling stories???
