I‘m 💯% honest. I‘M SO UNCOMFORTABLE sharing this transformation of mine. I was at my darkest place in life and I thank god/ the universe/ aliens for giving me that strength to KEEP GOING 🤜🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I see myself 8 months ago and I don’t know who this girl was. What was she thinking..💭 how could she not care about health, the environment, animal rights, her mindset and overall feelings? ➖40 LBS ➕healthy body and mindset. I’m getting a little emotional bc I can SEE & FEEL how sad I was. I didn’t even knew who I was. I always thought I knew it, but I really DON‘T! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Working out became my therapie and vegan food my medicine 🌱❤️ I hustled months to loose unwanted bodyfat, (to even get my ass to the gym lol) to start loving myself for trying so hard. You can’t believe how EXITED I‘m about my NEW fitness goal! Building muscle, getting thick and actually GAINING WEIGHT 💪🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re over or underweight just remember. Lately I’ve been focusing more on back thickness than back width. - - So naturally I’ve added lots of rowing to my routine. - - If yo want to build thickness of the back rowing is definitely the way to go. Cable, barbell, T-bar, and single arm all work great. - - If you want to build width of the back I don’t think there is any better exercise than the weighted pull-ups. Build up to 100 pounds on thy loft and your back will be wiiiiide. - - If you want to hit 💯 pounds on weighted pull-ups and build the back of a super hero DM me and I’ll get you started on one of my programs :)

Casi la mitad de estos niños (el 48%) vivían en Asia, y el 25% en África. •El número de diabéticos también aumentó de 108 millones en 1980 a 422 millones en 2014. ❤️Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four hour days.❤️ Many people approach me with issue that they don't have enough time to workout or to eat healthy.. My question to all those people with excuses is WHY THE HELL YOU EVEN EARNING MONEY ? .. 🌼FIRST WE FOCUS ON EARNING MONEY AND LOSING OUR HEALTH..
