GYM BOREDOM 😒💪🏼 . . I found myself becoming bored of the same routine I’ve been doing for almost a year (split program so leg day, back/bi day, chest/tri day and doing isolation movements) and I wasn’t seeing results after a while. I also would do 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps. But recently I’ve switched up my program to focusing on full body, compound movements and focusing on core lifts 🏋️‍♀️ And doing 5 sets of only 5 reps. I just want to share my story and inspire all mothers out there whom share the same experiences with in comes to busy family life, to always not having time for themselves, wanting to feel and look good and so on. I post this fitness program to inspire everyone and share experiences. Here is my story; I am a mother of 3 ,and I had my 3rd child in Aug. 2017 and my baby Chloe is 9 month old now. Before I decided to start my fitness program, I felt Really low after I have seen my reflection in the mirror. This is for real right?!! You know the feeling that you feel horribly changed human being!! And you say to yourself!! You need to do something about it !! For your information, I had this uncontrollable unhealthy eating habit and my excuses were too tired , mums household work 24/7 .I called it non stop. I was breastfeeding,sleep deprived, low energy and no exercises except I walk my 3 year old daughter to school and back is about 25 mins. Maybe all these reasons you heard it all from #mums #moms out there. Due to pregnancy weight and unhealthy eating and no exercise I gained 2 and a half stone. and I feel like a completely changed person on how the way I feel and I look and start comparing it by browsing the old photos. Sounds funny but I know a lot of you can relate in to this as I have seen loads of throwback post on Facebook and IG. I started my fitness program on the 6th of May. Not trained for a full 6 months due to ill health. So it's time to kick my 39 year old butt literally back into place! I have had 3 children who are all now in their teens. Don't think my bodies that bad for having been pregnant 4 times! Yes 4 times... . My stomach has always been my problem area so this is the hardest for me to keep toned. I have relatively solid abs you just can't see them. I am willing to change up my diet, which for the past month I have been eating relatively healthily. I have actually lost some back fat due to changing my eating habits...just not off the stomach! . If anyone has any tips please comment below. Pause Bench for bench press strength gains 💪🏋️ To perform the exercise, set up for a regular bench press but pause for a second or 2 when the bar touches your chest. This increases time under tension and develops force to push through the sticking point on your normal bench.
