But…life is better when I’m 190-193. I feel: ✅More Flexibility ✅Less anxiety ✅More Social Life ✅Better workouts . . I see people every day that think they’ll be happier if they were <10% body fat. Abs? Shredded physique? Small waist? SIGN ME UP DUDE!!! . . Is it cool for a little while? duh. Is it fun to look in the mirror or get some good pictures? Of course. Anyone who says otherwise is lying. . . But the amount of happiness you have to GIVE UP to get and REMAIN *extremely* lean is wildly disproportionate. . . You don’t NEED a 6 pack . . You WANT one . . Sono Tania Skarlat, la personal trainer ISSA da 2009, nata in Ucraina 🇺🇦 23.01.1988 a Nikolaev e vivo in Italia dal 2006 ed è proprio qui ho cominciato seriamente questa attività. Da aerobica e step ( FIAF 3 dicembre 2006) con conseguenti master, sono 1) master di kardiopunching ball( FIF) 2009 2) postura gym e fitboxe (FIF) 2010 anche hydrobike ( Non solo fitness)e aquagym (FIF) dal 2012. Nel 2009 quando ho preso il diploma da personal trainer presso la ISSA ho capito che è per sempre ❤️🤗❤️. In più ho seguito il seminario sulla biomeccanica e di composizione corporea sempre con la ISSA. Per quanto riguarda l’allenamento funzionale, per proseguire di innamorarmi di questo tipo di allenamento 🏋️‍♀️ e prendere anche questo percorso dall’inizio fino alla fine con la FIF nel 2014.
