8th in a row... The conditioning check went really well. • 10km in 46 min 40 sec 21km in 1 hr 49 min. • Post no running from past 3 weeks due to travel and fever the idea was to check how 1st 10km will go and was happy to see that it was over in 46 min 40 sec. Running in ADHM was done at that point but " ये दिल है कि मानता नही". • Tried to push at same pace which gave a sign that with less conditioning it can't be the same hence finished the 8th ADHM in 1 hr 49 min. Best part is that 9 years of endurance sports has helped to maintain the fitness level to this extent that even with no training and focus on timing can finish running 21km strongly. The only solution is persistent hard work (sorry to burst your bubble 😉) ⠀ 👨‍🏫Introducing the 500 calories per day principle.... ⠀ 🔥Burning 500 calories per day is a much more achievable goal. If you can accomplish this via exercise every single day, then you would be on track to burn 1 pound of fat per week. ⠀ 💭It seems like a lot of work to only burn 1 pound huh? Keep in mind that this doesn't take into account diet (which is much more important for fat loss). ⠀ 🥦Now let's apply the same principals to our diet: ⠀ 🍎Take a look at your current diet plan and make some healthy swaps to limit your calories. (IE Sparkling Water instead of Soda). If you can cut 500 calories/day (which is very feasible) then that would be another pound of fat loss per week. ⠀ 💪Building habits and routines that implement these rules will put you on track to easily lose over 50 pounds of fat in a single year!
