So often we get caught up in being “perfect” (is there even such thing?🤷🏻‍♀️). And when we’re not, we think we’ve failed so we throw in the towel. Who’s guilty of doing that? 🙋🏻‍♀️ . If you are CONSISTENT in your exercise, If you are consistent in eating healthy foods, If you are consistent in drinking enough water, Consistent in getting enough sleep, Consistent in taking care of YOU, Then you will be healthy and even more importantly, (I believe) you will find peace and be happy on this journey.😊 . Good morning IG and FB families! This morning we have a little triplanar metabolic conditioning in the form of a 20 lb @sorinex center mass bell flow. I should probably have filmed this during the 2nd set and not the 4th set. I also did two other flows before this so I was getting tired. Regardless, this is a lot of fun! Strength is great but the ability to move is equally as great. I don't see the point in looking like a Lamborghini (not that I do. I'm more of a V12, all terrain SUV lol) if I'm going to move like a Hugo. But that's just me. Everyone has their own goals and all of them are valid. So have fun! #loadedmovementtraining
