CHEST & TRICEPS 🔥🔥🔥 I wanted to focus more on my chest since I have been cutting out accessory movements for the sake of time, but now I want to start making some fine tuning on my chest again, so this workout was great 🤙🏼 - 1️⃣ DB Incline Bench Press 4x8-12 reps 2️⃣ DB Flat Bench Press 4x8-12 3️⃣ Bosu Ball Flys 4x12 4️⃣ Modified Skull Crushers 4x10-12 - I incorporated the bosu ball on the seated flys because it creates constant tension, especially when performing the eccentric portion of the movement... it’s basically a different way to apply stress to the muscle and switch up the exercise. I did 4 upper, 4 middle, and 4 lower reps = 1 set. I really liked this! Guys yesterday I RAN! I wanted to set my goals achievable so was gunna do 20 minutes of 1-min fast walking / 30-sec running but when that 30 seconds hit I was like, nah I can go for more. So I did 20 minutes of 1-min / 1-min and it felt SO GOOD 😎 Tomorrow I’m going for 25 💦💦💦

GREEN SALAD WITH ROASTED CHICKPEAS, PROSCIUTTO & FRESH BASIL 💫 I am a food lover and creating healthy and tasty recipes is something I consider fun and really look forward too, especially when I get tired of eating the same dishes for a longer period. I usually don't eat dairy, mainly because it enhances my asthma and eczema. Over the years I learned what serves me and what doesn't. I also learned that sometimes I eat for my soul and not just my physical body. I still try to make healthy choices and keep it low on refined foods and sugars. Here are a few rules I stick by: 💫Buy only fresh veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, whole grain products, lots of healthy fats & chocolate with 85-95% cocoa. 💫I don't deprive myself anymore in social situations. Instead of avoiding sugary foods and unhealthy foods alltogether, I go for only 2 pieces (2 pieces of chocolate/2 cookies/2 pancakes/2 glasses of wine). 💫Sometimes i overeat on fruit... A lot🤤 not everything is a punishment. Sometimes my body just needs vitamines🙏 💫At dinner I usually avoid eating carbs & go for protein, veggies, fruits and healthy fats instead. Even thought I am active at least 4 times a week, I notice my body starts swelling up when I regulary eat carbs for dinner, so I only eat them now and then. There are many theories behind it. For me this is just what works. 💫I start my day with a warm glass of water, followed by green tea and breakfast usually around 10am. 💫I Drink lemonade always when I drink alcohol or eat foods that are heavy for my stomach or when I eat a bit more than I can handle (holidays, birthdays etc.). Lemonade helps digest the food faster and easier. 💫I hide my chocolate in the freezeer. It just tastes better 😂 #foodie #food #nutrition #healthyfood #pilates #fitfood #fitspo #wellness

Hey guys, As you may have noticed I’ve started this new fitness journey! I’ve always had a small passion for fitness. Would workout here and there for short amount of time but haven’t been this committed. I also never really ate healthy because I didn’t “know” how. - So I’m beyond excited to share this with everyone because it makes me feel and look amazing 🙃 Ive decided to take on the challenge and become a coach ❤️ Being able to stay home with my crazy little one, while doing something I’m passionate about and being able to help others feel as good as I’m feeling right now, is pretty freaking cool. With that being said, get out and move your body. Get the course/training you’ve been eyeing. Not happy? CHANGE that! Find your niche and give it your all :) - 🔻It’ll probably be hard and uncomfortable but it’ll be worth it.🔺 (I’m still making sure I live by that ^) - Ps. Last nights Date Night outfit.
