Morning oaties 😍 Cook oats for 1.5 min, stir in egg whites, cook 30 seconds, stir, another 30 sec. stir in yogurt. Top with syrup, Jif whips and sliced bananas. So delicious 😋 *if you need more protein, you can stir it in with the yogurt. I don’t need the extra protein today.

Some people think that travelling can mean throwing your daily eating routine out the window. I’ll be honest, I do indulge but I try to follow the same theme for my meals abroad as I do at home. Nutritionally dense as possible! My favourite indulgence lately has been burgers. I prefer bean or veggie based burgers vs soy (more fibre !) Also, I try to get veggies on the side if possible. I really love that everything in Europe is grown non gmo (unless it’s labeled otherwise) and many restaurants try to source locally. .
