Ingredients: 1 cup green lentils, 2 cups chicken broth, 1 can organic coconut milk, 1 carrot. 1 celery stalk, 1 onion, 1.5 cups frozen peas, 2 TBSP curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. Sundays are for food prep!!!!!!!! If I do not food prep on sundays my week is not as healthy as I like it! I try and keep it simple and stick to : πŸ’₯3 proteins πŸ’₯3 veggies πŸ’₯salad πŸ’₯itworks keto coffee and greens :) This way I have some variety but it doesnt take me all day! One marinade for each meat and there you go...put it in the oven at once!
