Lange habe ich mich drauf gefreut. Morgen ist es endlich so weit !!! THE GREAT 10K BERLIN Die Strecke des 10-km-Laufes führt mit Start und Ziel am Schloß Charlottenburg mitten durch die Hauptstadt. Der Clou ist dabei, dass wir dieses Rennen ein Stück durch den Berliner Zoo laufen. Sogar Fabian Hambüchen läuft mit ! Neben meinem harten Training @berlinknightsfootball vertraue ich dabei dem Sportnahrungshersteller @foodspring . Buongiorno amici 🙋🏼‍♀️ Oggi mi rivolgo specialmente agli sportivi 🏃🏼‍♀️ anche se questo prodotto, ovviamente, può essere consumato da chiunque: sto parlando del protein bread della @foodspring 🍞 Con 11 gr di proteine e soltanto 2 gr di carboidrati contenuti in 2 fette (esattamente l’opposto nella stessa quantità di pane bianco 😖) è perfetto per una sana carica proteica 💪🏻 Poi avete visto quanti semini? 😍🌿🌱 Contiene semi di lino, mandorle, buccia di semi di psillio e semi di zucca 🎃🐿 Può essere consumato a colazione, pranzo, cena oppure per merenda 🥖 Vi consiglio di provarlo con un velo di Philadelphia light e marmellata di fragole 🍓🤤 @foodspring_it

#freeyour Diet 🌟 Torta alle fragole proteica e ipocalorica 🍓🍓 INGREDIENTI: 500 g quark magro 150 g yogurt greco 2 cucchiai Semi di Chia bianchi 8 Gocce di stevia 3 uova 5 cucchiai acqua 1 cucchiaino estratto di vaniglia 100 g farina di farro 1 cucchiaino lievito 40 g Proteine Whey Vaniglia 400 g fragole 1 manciata pistacchi non salati PREPARAZIONE: Preriscaldare il forno a 175 °C. Per la crema: mischiare il quark, lo yogurt e i semi di chia e dolcificare con le gocce di stevia. Se necessario usarne di più rispetto alla quantità indicata. Mettere in frigorifero. Rompere le uova e dividere gli albumi dai tuorli. Montare gli albumi a neve. In un'altra ciotola mescolare i tuorli, l'acqua e l'estratto di vaniglia. Aggiungere la farina, il lievito e le Proteine Whey e mescolare bene. Aggiungere l'albume d'uovo sbattuto. Versare in una teglia con fondo staccabile, adeguatamente unta, e cuocere al forno per 15 minuti. Quando la base si è raffreddata, estrarla dalla teglia e spennellare con la crema di quark. Tagliare a metà le fragole e guarnire la torta. Se desiderato, si possono tritare finemente i pistacchi e cospargerli sulle fragole.
