Watch out Hollywood, I’ll have the lead role as Bond before Christmas 💃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But in all seriousness it’s something that’s been on my to do list for the past 5 years, this year was it, time to get sh*t done.

Almonds, cacao and dates.... SAY.NO.MORE! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Eliana managed to make (then eat) a few of these delicious bliss balls, and so did mum and dad 😃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients 12 dates, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes then drained 1 cup almonds 2 tbsp cacao powder 2 tbsp desiccated coconut 1 tsp vanilla extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method - Put all ingredients in a food processor, blend until combined - Spoon out mixture and roll between hands into small balls, around half the size of golf balls or smaller - Chill before eating

Livin’ my best life 🌝 I’m at a point in my life where nobody bats an eye if I walk barefoot into the garden and come back with handfuls of herbs, or if there are jars with weird stuff scattered across the house, and anything home made with love is now an accepted (and appreciated!) gift, and I am loving it. Happy Tuesday!! Been a bit busy/stressed with trying to get a job and getting my online courses started to get my certifications here in Australia. Also new home gym and me feeling awkward/uncomfortable filming my workouts, BUT I’ve been writing all my workouts down and will have a bunch to film once I get my shit sorted🤗 For now, try this core/shoulder stability challenge. This can also be done on your knees🤘🏻 -Place feet farther apart for greater base of support -Squeeze quads & glutes, draw belly button inward towards spine and keep core engaged throughout the exercise -Superset this into your upper body workout, I did 8 reps on each side for 4 rounds -Have fun 😘

For most of us our daily life’s is field with seriousness, duties and everyday things that must be done. For most of us it’s too much of it! Sauerkraut. It definitely tastes better than it looks! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The batch on the left I made about a month or so ago, it turned out really good so I made the second batch just to make sure we don't run out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm putting it in soups and adding it to sandwiches, its actually very versatile. It has some pretty big health benefits as well ↠ Contains Probiotics for healthy gut support ↠ Helps reduce the risk of infection ↠ Support antibodies ↠ Helps combat inflammation ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And it tastes really good! Who wants the recipe? 🙋‍♀️

Kb🍑home workout👍🏻- inspo for this goes out to my crazy busy sister who wakes up and goes to work before the gym opens, an absolute rockstar. She messaged me & said she bought a KB so here we goo!! For all my busy bees out there I’m going to try my best to post one at home workout a week that only uses a KB and resistance bands (Amazon has the fabric band & pack of rubber bands that I have, lmk if you need help). Not all will be booty though bc building a balanced body is the goal. And if you know me you know glutes are my least fav, I’d do HIIT and train back everyday if I could lol. BUTT no excuses 😘 Perform 3-5 sets(depending on time & current fitness level) rest 20-30 seconds between exercises🤘🏻 1️⃣Banded goblet:12-15 reps. Turn KB upside down, roll shoulders down and back and engage lats. Drive knees out and keep chest up 2️⃣Lateral walks: 20 each way. I go for a 1/4 squat position, this is where I feel my glutes most engaged 3️⃣Single leg dL:12-15. I prefer to hold the weight in opposite hand as the deadlifting leg, again try both and see what you feel best. If you have an elevated surface such as a stair case, prop the back toe on that 🔥 4️⃣Drop squats(banded):25 5️⃣Frog pumps:30-40. Bring your heels close to your butt and keep them together, toes don’t have to touch. Try to keep ribs down and feel the 🔥 6️⃣Bridge with abduction:20- drive through the heels and being knees out at top. 20 top range pulses(come down halfway) 40 abductions (keep hips lifted and drive knees out) Keep your feet and toes still unlike myself lol. One of my habits 🙄 Happy hump day from Aus🤗

I’ve always been one to stay true to my commitments. If I say I’m going to show up. Then I show up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So, yesterday I would usually publish a blog and I have to say I’m feeling guilty that there will be a little hiatus this fortnight. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Between launching our business, building our website, studying an online course, still needing to turn up to my job, looking after my daughter and being out of action with the flu for almost a week, I’m not left with too many hours remaining. And I can’t cut out any more sleep! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Short of churning out something that I wasn’t proud of (or burning out!), I made the decision to put my energies into my other priorities. This means the blog will be back and as good as ever next fortnight. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I am, however, proud of my personal growth and being able to identify my limited time resource before over stressing myself and impacting my health. Yay! That’s a win in my books! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How are you at setting boundaries and knowing when enough is enough?

| REAL TALK | If you asked me to get in this position right now, I would give you a flat out NO. Currently, I’m on holiday in Greece. I’ve barely stretched the last 5 days and my lower back & hip flexors are tight as hell after a 3 hour hike yesterday (followed by no stretching 🙈) I’m feeling the opposite end of flexible, and you know what. It’s ok. Just like any other skill/routine/habit you might be working on...YOU WILL NOT BE PERFECT 100% OF THE TIME. Wether it be your workouts, healthy eating, keeping your house clean, doing well at work, school, life...whatever! It’s ok to fall off the wagon for a little bit. You are human. The thing you need to get good at is accepting where you are, understanding that it only takes one small action the get back on the right track, & learning to love the process of your goals (rather than just the outcome). In the end, we live our lives working, chasing & hustling. Only small highlights are spent basking in the glory. The challenge is what makes things interesting. It’s what makes us live with purpose. Quick whole body stretch post workout.. my body needed this! I never made time for stretching when I was younger, even in the 12 years of playing competitive sport. It’s absolute must in my weekly routine now. Getting older and becoming a mum I feel like it’s time to give back to my body and really start to look after it. I am 100% certain Zoey and I’s souls have spent many lifetimes together💛 . She’s been my greatest teacher and is the most unique little spirit. . She taught me what selfless love looked like at 23. . Ive never met a more mischievous puppy and I cried almost every day for a month lol. . She would poop in my shoes each morning 💩 . As I was trying to get dressed for the day or eat breakfast before work she would bite my clothes trying to pull them off😂 . I’ll never forget one morning it got so bad I took my work clothes off and sat on my couch eating breakfast in my underwear crying😂 . A few months in and we turned a page. She began to read my emotions. She knew when I was sick or sad. She learned how to communicate in her own sassy way. . She hides in the bathtub when there’s a storm, she stares at you-barks-then stomps her front paw when she wants attention, she’s the best little spoon, and loves to go exploring. . My heart and soul💛 . Saga inspired by her sweet little self forcing her way onto my mat while I planned class. The fireworks are not her jam😭

Recently I got to spend a few days with Eliana without having Mum (Amanda) about… ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And let me tell you it was so much fun! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We went out shopping. To the pools. Indoor playgrounds. The works! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Having all this fun with her it reminded me of a passage in a book that is about happy parenting. The child psychologist talks about liking your child and not just loving her. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I didn’t really understand that part until just recently... You have to want to spend time with your child and not just say you love them but never see them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It totally makes sense and so important to building that relationship. 🤗
