Have you heard of @eatbanza ? It’s pasta made from chickpeas! This rotini has 14g of protein and 8g of fiber (~30% daily value) in each serving (2oz)! . I sautéed cherry tomatoes + kale (from my backyard 👩🏻‍🌾 ) + garlic with 1 Tbsp of @kerrygoldusa butter, then added salt + black pepper. Yesterday I baked these bad boys 'date scones' with spelt flour. When you travel you discover tastes you want to recreate again. Pancakes or Waffles? ☀️ . Funny thing is I used the exact same batter... and the same toppings 🙄 . • 1 cup old fashioned oats (grind into flour) • 1 banana (mashed) 🍌 • 1 egg 🥚 • dash of cinnamon . I poured half of the batter into a waffle maker and the other half into a pan to make pancakes. Topped with @nooshbrands coffee ☕️ flavored almond butter + @traderjoes unsweetened coconut flakes 🥥 and hemp seed + blueberries + honey 🍯 . One of my favorite podcast I listen to the @1609pod a podcast that talks about all things running 🗣 including running gear 👟 and nutrition🍴 reviews, elite race results, and have guests from the running community share their story 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻. The kids here are always home for lunch and the carrots at the moment are amazeballs. My youngest asks for carrot soup so this takes me 10 minutes as a cut 4/5 carrots up really small, 1 onion, 1 garlic, chicken stock and boil until soft and then blend with a little water.
