C’était il y a 2 ans. Beau pied de poulpe légèrement fumé cuit sous vide. Je le débite en petits morceaux et le prépare avec de l’huile d’olive, des olives vertes, du vinaigre balsamique, de la "vinaigrette en poudre" de Repicea-Meyer (un produit alsacien composé de sel, dextrose, poivre, ail, persil, glutamate de sodium et de l’arôme naturel de citron) , du Kari Gosse de chez Pouezat, de l’ail. Je le sers avec du pain Poilâne grillé et l’accompagne d’un Saint Véran. Que pourrais-je faire pour améliorer le gâteau ? 泉涌寺 齋華 其の肆。 ここで出されて来たのはこれも新メニュー、近江牛の中華風ローストビーフです。 下に敷いてあるのは茄子。 とても柔らかでしっとりとした肉質のローストビーフは予想していたよりも遥かに優しい味わいでした。 結構肉厚でボリュームもあるのですが、スルリと食べきれてしまいます。 皿底に浸してある特製のスープダレがまたこのローストビーフに良く合ってました。 〆は定番の上湯ラーメンから。 旨味の上限を振り切ったかと思えるくらいに金華ハムで贅沢に出汁を採ったスープと優しい麺だけのシンプル極まりないラーメンですがこれはもう病み付きになる味わいです。 そしてお次は齋華特製カレーライス。 前回の激辛タイ風蟹カレーとは打って変わり今回は定番の中華風ビーフカレーです。 花椒を効かせた辛味と濃い旨味が抜群にご飯に合います。 これぞ男のカレー!と言ったところでしょうか。 シェフ、これも夏のバーベキューなんかにピッタリじゃないでしょうか?(笑) 最後はいつもの杏仁豆腐を頂いて口の中をサッパリとリセットしてもらい終了です。 今回もボリューム満点、目一杯美味しい料理を堪能させてもらいました。 ご馳走様でした。 #instagourmet#gastronomy#gourmetfood#gourmetdinner#chinesecuisine#nouvellechinois#foodlovers#foodography#foodphoto#foodpics#curryrice#roastbeef#齋華#ヌーベルシノワ#四川料理#広東料理#中華料理#ローストビーフ#カレーライス#杏仁豆腐#ラーメン#上湯麺#ガストロノミー#予約困難店#京都グルメ

Had to make a stop for our favourite boat noodle in BKK before the flight and this time we tasted this full flavoured pork back bone in Tom yum soup.
