"Should girls strength train?" And... "But I don't even know where to start with weights"... Are two questions I get asked all the time. In short my answer is YES absolutely you should strength train. Endless amounts of cardio will not give you the body you want. If you want to really improve your shape, if you want to increase your metabolism, if you want to be able to eat more and most importantly if you want to keep weight off and keep your new body, you MUST strength train. But you don't know how to use weights right? It doesn't matter. Strength training doesn't necessarily mean you have to pick up a set of dumbells. Your bodyweight can be just as useful. Still don't know how? Then ask me for more info on my upcoming coaching group - where we will be doing just 30 minutes of workout a day that will not only shred fat but start to tone you up too. If you're after a flat stomach before Christmas, this one's for you 👊💪

11 points for this whole pizza! First time making the 2 ingredient dough pizza, swipe to see the size of the pizza compared to my hand. Its freaking huge! I used 1/2 cup self rising flour for 5 sp, 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt for 0sp, And on top I have 56g of fat free mozzarella for 1sp, 3oz of trader Joe's lite mozzarella for 3sp, and not quite 1/2 cup of great value pizza sauce for 2sp. I got this idea from @feliciafitnesshealth YouTube video. Amazing!

Puede que pienses que no pasa nada, pero si miras la información nutricional, verás que toda la bolsa no es tan saludable como pensabas.
