Congrats to the Champ again @4niasammy with the Win this weekend at the Canadian Nationals. She definitely worked hard for the W after all she's been through and what we've put her through. You can say she's been injured multiple times and has had many harsh critiques. Yet she still comes back daily to work on it over and over. We're definitely proud of her work ethic!! Weight / fat loss, comparing our bodies to other people’s, not caring at all / eating shit that’s quick or easy, trusting big companies / not doing proper research, etc. • • Health and nutrition needs to be higher up on our lists. Eating whole food sources; more fruits, more veggies, less processed shit, less dairy (happy to share my resources on the negative effects of dairy if you’re a nay sayer). Lots of barbell stuff today. Worked on some form and technique with the cleans. Then slowly suffered for 20mins with that WOD. I tried to RX the weight but after my 2nd or 3rd round had to drop it to 95lbs. Between me and partner we got through 19 rounds. The suck was bad with this one but it's all good.
