☆ G O A L S S S S S ☆ Ken je dat? Een doel stellen voor jezelf dat vantevoren echt onmogelijk lijkt. En wanneer je eraan begint je denkt... waaaaarooommmmm kan ik dit niet? Ik denk dat Mister Dunlop (@c.dunlopsthenics) exact weet waar ik het over heb. En dan van die mensen om je heen hebben die die dingen gewoon zonder moeite doen. Hoppa! Heerlijk frustrerend. Maar ik heb mega gelachen om mezelf en om elkaar en soms had ik ff dat gevoel dat ik hem had.... ja ja jaaaa ohnee toch niet. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Awel lukte toch 3 seconden. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Eindstand; 2 uur oefenen. 5x 3 seconden stabiel gestaan. 😂😂😂 MAARRRR! Toen ik vandaag binnen kwam durfde ik niet eens zonder hulp een handstand te doen. Maar dankzij de hulp van @ucngsz en het vertrouwen dat ie me gaf durfde ik ervoor te gaan en kan ik ook dit zelfstandig gaan trainen. Kleine overwinning voor mezelf! Morgen weer een dag. Good day today! I got so much done! First up was a training session with @loripori28! It was a tough session, but she smashed it as usual! And this week she has lost 5lbs, and after 8 weeks of training, she has lost 9 1/2 inches! So proud of her for not giving up 🤩 My training today was shoulders and abs! 30 mins x-trainer Shoulders.... Lateral raises - 3 sets, 12 reps, 5kg each hand DB shoulder press - 3 sets, 8 reps, 6kg each hand Arnold press - 3 sets, 8 reps, 6kg each hand Front raises - 3 sets, 15 reps, 5kg each hand Bar shoulder press - 3 sets, 8 reps, 20kg Rear delt rope pull - 3 sets, 12 reps, 17kg Machine press - 3 sets, 10 reps, 20kg Reverse flyes - 3 sets, 12 reps, 4kg each hand Abs....(no photos) Sit ups with arm raise - 5 sets, 10 reps, 9kg Front plank - 5 sets, hold 30 secs Leg raises - 5 sets, 10 reps Russian twists - 5 sets, 10 reps Thank you to @ben_thom_ for going over my fitness plans and adding a few exercises to make them better! These baby guns are gonna grow! But seriously the trainers at @dcgymnasium are the best. They are so friendly, helpful and always happy to help. Arms, Abs & A$$ I’ve been working out consistently for just over 2 months. I haven’t committed to any workout for this long in the past 2 decades... eeks I just aged myself! “Workout because we love our bodies not because we hate them”. Truth be told, I use to workout because I hated my body 🙈I’d quit halfway through reps because they were hard (duh, they’re suppose to be right😂). Now I go to the gym excited because I truly do love my body. Not in a conceited way. In a healthy way of wanting to take care of it, physically and emotionally. May sound crazy but I think if more people loved themselves better we’d have a world full of more love and less hate. When we’re truly happy with ourselves we pass that on to others right?! This is the abdominal machine at the weight room I go to almost every day. I was easily able to get my reps in at 100 pounds today so I upped it to 115! I started at 55 just about 6 weeks ago! Yesterday's workout. I had already put it off from Saturday and my ankle hurt because of doing too much all weekend without the boot, but I decided to stop putting it off. I did 3x5 bench with 85lbs - the last set I struggled and almost couldn't get it back up the last few reps but managed to just push through.
