Monday's 📸 ⬅Lunch was 200g chicken breast, 65g butter beans topped with McDonnells slimmer curry sauce with 2xbroghies🍛 ⬅Dinner was 4%fat spag bol with protein pasta 🍝 ⬅Dessert this evening 0% Greek yoghurt mixed with some @bulkpowders_ie rocky road whey protein, a salted caramel @fibreoneuk and some crunchy peanut butter 🥜 ⬅Today's gym 🔥 Today I woke up feeling like my body was heavier than normal, not weight wise just heavier to move lol 🙈 the gym was tough but I pushed on through. Gonna head to bed now soon and get a good night's sleep 😴😴 not every day is easy training and today was one of those days it takes all the will power not to eat the contents of my cupboards 😂

Feeling very strong tonight 💪🏼 hitting consistent 80-90kg on my sumo deadlift now with good form 😍 it’s come a long way even in the last three weeks since starting this programme! I’m into week 4 now and I’m still getting a huge amount out of every exercise 🙌🏻 hoping to increase my lift even more in the next few weeks 👀. I always feel self conscious getting someone to film me in the gym but it’s 100% worth doing as it’s helped me see what I need to do to make changes to form and also enables me to feel proud of myself that there is evidence that I picked up this bloody heavy bar 😂❤️. Long post, but want you guys to know me🤷🏼‍♀️ I have always alwayssss struggled with confidence issues. I’m a 6 foot tall girl, which was hard growing up. All throughout my life I’ve been told to love it. Like being a girl towering above everyone in middle school, or high school was supposed to make me feel like a magical goddess and not a freak lol🙄? When I started lifting a couple years ago it grew on me quick. I gained confidence and finally FINALLY fell in love with who I am. Not only because I was getting the body I was working for, but because the gym felt like home. It was my own THING. As soon as I plugged my headphones in, and started lifting, my bad days would turn around, I found peace, I believed in myself and I loved who I was. I still struggle with confidence issues, but I have come so far, and the gym still truly is where I’m happiest (most days). It’s so important to find what makes you feel most like you, and stick with it. 👊🏼

Biceps and upper back * For some reason my body said focus on these. Who knows why 🤷🏽‍♀️ Again with the cable pulley, I get more stability. The last moves with the 4lb dumbbells are my burn outs. *REVIEW* My first sip was “oh this is yummy” then next sip “ummm, not terrible” and then “another one bites the dust!” The aftertaste in this is pretty bad and it hits you almost instantly and starts to overpower an of the flavor the shake has. Not worth the money at all.
