Current bod 💓 While I’m down in Melbourne Visiting friends and family! 🌸 Diet: I’ve allowed myself to do Flexible Dieting most days as I’m eating out more and cooking more with my family! It’s actually been amazing having more variety & I love the fact that doing IIFYM has kept me on track still waking up lean 🤗 🌸 Training: Exercising everyday walking/Gym! Aim: Keep up on my summer shreds and building lean muscle! - PLEASE READ 👇🏼 - Yesterday decided to do an EXPERIMENT with food, little back story..... Nearly 2 years ago I had to removed gluten, soy, & dairy from diet, to help heal my Gut, after developing leaky gut! Fast forward nearly 2 years and I feel so much better so yesterday I decided to re introduced some yummy treats I use to have even 1 x a week when I first prepped for a bikini show! So I did I had gluten and dairy and I was fine! I actually woke up this morning feeling great and no bloat or gas! 🙊 I actually feel so happy because now I know I can have just a little bit of these foods here and there and be absolutely fine! YAY! I say fill your diet with 80% High quality nutrient dense whole foods, & 20% of the time allow yourself some flexibility with the lower quality foods a healthy strong body should be able to have both! I feel it’s so important to have a healthy relationship with food and understand that no food should be labeled as bad there are just higher quality foods and foods lower in quality! - - ✨HAPPY THURSDAY EVERYONE! Exercise 4: Reverse Hyper. This the poor man version- we don’t have that delicious RH pendulum machine in this gym. I would maybe try to band or have it weighted somehow. Tho by 4th set I’m pooped😂 mentally not used to this kind of work. I’m not lost with Never ever doing another Powerlifting Comp ever again. Pulled 200lbs on deads for my AMRAP tonight and got 10! Squats were just an accessory tonight. 145lbs×3×5, last set shown. Also, I worked a little on rack pulls as well. I did them a little higher because my sticky point on deadlifts is pretty high, and I decided to try 315. Just to hold the weight in my hands felt absolutely fucking amazing. 🤙

Exercise 3: Lunges As soon as I saw that I went fuck! I was gonna do it myself and I literally freeze. Theres a mental block that says “Your body can’t do those things. Save your knees and movement for your heavy squat.” I Shit You NOT- thats what my head says. I havent lunge Forever. I forgot How, what works when I do it, etc etc. Again @liftdancelaugh you come to my rescue. Freshn up my memory. My balance is 0, i was shifting everywhere. For anyone curious, I'm still working out 4 days a week even while I'm on my inpatient rotation. Just started my 2nd cycle of 5/3/1 and really enjoying it so far. I'm suprising myself, and repping out weights that usually only try for 3-5 reps! Here's my AMRAP set at 107.5 lbs x 9 at 106 lbs BW (over my body weight!!). Estimated 1RM from this set is 140. I had to experience something that every pet owner dreads. My little love of my life Yazzie past away during the night. Thursday morning I was calling her and no response went to her spot and found her I fell to pieces she didn’t appear to be sick. I loved her so much I was the only one she let pet give her kisses and she snuggled up to me for hours. I miss her and it’s been very tough
