Day 2/80 booty 🍑 • Today’s workout was a little more challenging for me. First off, I did it with a migraine 🤕💥. So trying to make it through the workout without puking 🤮 was a challenge all on its own 🤷🏼‍♀️. Secondly, I was double band, triple band, and mostly just trying to challenge myself in every way possible tonight . Seeing how much strength I’ve gained from the first is absolutely incredible 💪🏼. For those of you who thought about skipping phase 1, you’re absolutely out of your mind . There are so many ways to challenge yourself and work your body to see results. Take your knowledge and use it ☝🏼. It’s called 80 day obsession for a reason. I find myself noticing so much improvement. Balance ⚖️ being one of the main things, form, weight, resistance, nutrition, hydration. All these things I have done and learned . I now know how to listen to my body better. It’s really the simple things. Don’t slack, don’t make it harder then what it has to be. Hey Y’all ! Here is an update of my progress. From 185 pounds, I went down to 130 pounds and that’s the picture on the left side. Since then, I’ve been working on putting up some lean muscle. So far, (Picture from today) I am up 5 pounds of Lean muscle mass and still at 18% body fat. I still have a lot to work on my lower body (legs need definition in the inner thighs as well as volume in the quads and booty ). However, I’m not in rush, I’m not here to get up on a stage to compete 😉. I am enjoying the journey, and most of all, I am excited to see how my body continues to change throughout the different phases. To prove that I really do overhead presses instead of just bitching about how much I dislike them...here's my super ugly last set of 3 at 55lbs. My shoulder didn't act up today so I'm happy about that (although in the video you can probably tell my right side was lagging behind the left). Followed up with 8x2 pause deadlifts at 145lbs, then did some dips, face pulls, and some core work. The UHF program is tough but I'm really enjoying it!

I have always struggled with low back pain due to my L5 vertebrae being fused to my S1 vertebrae. (I was born that way.) I’ve had sharp, shooting pain off and on since high school, sometimes to the point of not being able to get out of bed. I can honestly say I haven’t had this little pain ever since finishing 80 day obsession. My back is stronger. My core is stronger. My flexibility has improved. This program has done wonders for people. Why not see for yourself?

Feelin super strong, healthy, and happy today‼️😆 ▫️▫️▫️ Started in the weight room with some squat, bench, hang clean, and pull-ups. Then went outside for some critical velocity runs. trying to get back on track? __ we’ve all been there. matter of fact i am in this weird bubble where i tried whole30 to get me back on track and it realllyyyyy messed with my body. so that’s officially over. 😂 and all of you can rub it in my face if you want, i don’t care. __ with that being said here are my tips for getting back on track 1. set a specific goal and time in the gym 2. create a schedule and stick to it 3. track what you eat. 4. don’t beat yourself for getting off track in the first place 5. have an accountability partner __ you can do some of these, none of these, all of these. doesn’t matter. this is what works best for me! my DMs are always open if you have more questions about what i do. now a reminder, i’m just like the rest of you, a girl who likes her cookies too much and is trying to stay in shape. so if you’re looking for a trainer or a legit nutritionist, that’s not me. i just love sharing my journey and what works best for me. i loveeeeeeee you all so much! stay strong & beautiful ✨
