Ketoguru Wraps Recipe NC 3.1g. P 10.2g. F 16.4g per wrap Makes 2 9-10" 65g Almond Flour 2+ 1/2 Tbsp Psyllium powder 1tsp Baking powder 1/2tsp Himalayan salt 1tsp Apple cider vinegar 1/4Tbsp Nutritional yeast 55g Egg whites (1+1/2egg white) 1/2 cup boiling water Mix dry ingredients, add eggwhites & ACV and boiling water whilst mixing with a hand beater for about 30sec ( resembles very soft play dough) Divide into 2 & roll between teflon circles as shown(I got these on Aliexpress cheaply) (or parchment paper) to make a 9-10" round then gently peel back the top circle Bake in in oven at 175C for about 12-13minutes(my oven is 13mins but will vary from oven to oven) or when the edges start to brown and the wrap feels soft but cooked on top....remove from oven and turn over and gently peel off the underside silicon sheet whilst still warm....cool right side up, to store wrap in clingfilm in the refrigerator I had had them in fridge for 2weeks and still good....enjoy #porkrinds #ketorecipe #keto #ketoguru #ketonz #sugarfree #ketoforlife #ketoyum #ketoheaven #glutenfree #ketolifestyle #ketones #diet #healthyfoodporn #lowcarb #lchf #ketohack #italianketo #ketowrap #lazyketo #easyketo #ketomeal #healthy #healthyfood #lowcarbwrap #ketowrap

Easy yet healthy breakfast, and moreover, it's my favorite. 1. Toast 2 slices of wholewheat bread or any bread of your choice. 2. One of my favorite bakeries, SugarHigh Bakery, is located in Frankenmuth! They usually have about 5 GF cupcakes to choose from. They are very allergy aware, although not a dedicated GF bakery. When your laptop 💻 all of a sudden stops working and you’re too hot/overwhelmed/lazy/pregnant 🤰to cook 〰️ PB & J Style Toast 🍞for a late dinner and a healthy dose of acceptance gets the job done. . . I like using a local baked gluten-free bread 🥖 (@liberation_bakery , @littlebrotherkirkland and @flyingapron are all👌options) and schmearing one side with @artisanaorganics cashew butter 🥜, the other with @kitehillfoods almond cream cheese then topping both sides off with raspberry chia jam (recipe link in my profile if you want to try, just swap the strawberries + rhubarb for raspberries or any other you prefer). . . I also LOVE this acceptance mantra, which I memorized from @gabbybernstein ‘s book “Judgement Detox” . If you want to use it it’s helped me through many a meltdown 😌☺️. . “Acceptance is the answer to all of my problems today. When I am disturbed it is because I find some person, place, thing or situation, some facet of my life as unacceptable to me. And I can find no serenity until I accept that this person, place, thing or situation is exactly how it’s supposed to be at this present moment.” 👊 . Fiber: 5 grams. Manganese: 58% of the RDA Magnesium: 30% of the RDA. Phosphorus: 28% of the RDA. Folate: 19% of the RDA. Copper: 18% of the RDA. Iron: 15% of the RDA. Zinc: 13% of the RDA. Potassium 9% of the RDA. Over 10% of the RDA for vitamins B1, B2 and B6. Small amounts of calcium, B3 (niacin) and vitamin E. So quinoa is really a seed, but eaten like a grain and still counts as a whole-grain food. Quinoa has a lot of flavonoids, quercetin and kaempferol (anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-cancer and anti-depressant effects). Many plant foods are deficient in certain essential amino acids and we need complete protein to thrive. Quinoa contains all the essential amino acids! 👏🏻 It’s an excellent source of protein (hint hint vegetarians and vegans ❤️ ). It has both more and better protein than most grains as well. One downside to quinoa is that its got phytic acid, which can partly prevent its high mineral content from being absorbed in our bodies. But soaking or sprouting brakes up most of the phytic acid. 😊
