Training for half marathon is on track I love running in this cooler weather. I wrote this goal down back in January as a step towards my major fitness goal for the year....a Triathalon. I have completed a couple of swim comps and keeping the training up also. Still yet to master the bike training but it will come. Are you sick often, grumpy, spend too much time on the sofa, project a poor mindset about life and lifestyle guess who's copying you ? If you put yourself last, dont take time for you, don't care for your body with good food and regular exercise guess who thinks that's the NORM ? YOU want the same for them ?? 4 weeks yesteday I'm off on my holibobs. My question to you is.... Are you a bather or bikini person ? Up until 2016 I had been a bather girl since I was in my teens. My belly didnt see the light of day for over 30 years LOL ! Since then I have thought SOD IT and gone bikini. Why..... 1 Cos life is short and I'm sick of covering up 2 I'm happier mentally with how I look now which is a massive improvement from where I used to be, as I hated my body, these days I feel better about it, and its still work in progress. 3 I have done two and a half years of strength training and there are LESS wobbly bits on my body so I feel more confident with less swing through and sway as I walk! 4 Its often too bloody hot for a bather so needs must 5 Its a good incentive to tighten things up before I go away on holiday, a good short term goal to be "on it" for a short period of time. What about you ? Do you bare all or cover up, would love to know? While Everyone was Excited at work because it's Chinese Food Festival Day !! I brought my Soya Chicken Veggie Delight Soup .. don't ask for the recipe because It's Simple !! Cut all veggie soya chicken and put into a pan for boiling 🤦🏻‍♀️ Little bit of coconut oil Pak Choi and Basil Leaves for flavour and offcourse a tiny pinch of himalayan salt !! And Taadaa !! I’ve walked in faith and cowered in doubt. Every day, the struggle ober here is rrrreeeeaaaalllll..... I’ve learned that even though doubt and fear hold us back, they’re also pretty comfy places to be. It’s easier to walk in shoes that are broken in and we’ve been wearing awhile than step into bigger ones that are going to feel awkward and uncomfortable until we grow into them... it’s easier to let our ego run the show and keep us right where it wants us. Thing is, the longer it keeps us there the more we slide backwards into places we’ve been before that we didn’t want to be back to.... so let your faith run the show. If you let ego be the one running things, it’ll step in and shut you down completely and every time faith says take a step, fear and doubt will tell you to stop - and the voice of fear and doubt is always louder and easier to hear than your faith. {am i making sense here?} so you have to turn the volume up high on your faith everyday and drown out your ego, cause that thing loves to serve up fear and doubt.....

Finally mastered the Art of Okra aka called Bhindi in India .. This vegetable turns slimy which pisses the shit out of me .. [summer of 2018] I must admit, I was scared of coming home. Even though I told myself, that everything will be alright, it terrified me. Moving home. No job. Not returning to university after the summer. It was not just the fear of coming home after months of working abroad, it was the fear of starting all over. Three weeks have passed since I returned and I have to say, that the initial fear and discomfort disappeared. There is so much to see, so much to do - things I haven't had time for when I was a working student. It is ok to take the time for myself, my friends and family. GM world, Happy Sunday! 😘 I remember there was a time I was actually scared to go after what I wanted lol Like if a successful version of myself only exsisted in my mind and I had no idea what the outcome would be if I actually tried. But let me say this, me taking that small first steps of making a list of goals and slowly completing them changed my entire life. I woke up 1 day and said I wanted to be a makeup artist and I practiced and worked my ass off, but I made that happen. I realized I wanted to loose weight, and I dedicated myself towards that and made sure I lost weight and got healthier. After having my son I realized I wanted to finish getting my HS diploma, and after studying and studying I got my H.S.E diploma! (And that shit was hard foh lmao esp. That i dropped out as a freshman smh) . Basically what I am trying to say is, if you have a vision, of where you want to be in life, is not impossible. Start living the life you always imagined yourself living! Life is too short to live in fear of taking risks. Go out and make shit happen.
