T r a i n 👊L i k e👊A 👊G i r l👊 It's so hard/impossible to film the sessions at @charnchaimuaythai as you are constantly training, if you misplace a step you are whipped with a stick and along with the screaming of thai trainers and the slapping of pads, it's pretty intense 💦but im actually in love! I've never had a hobby apart from gym, so I'm super excited to have enjoyed something so much! Hopefully can carry Muay Thai back at home. Let me know if you know of any good trainers near London! 😍

After all, why else would there be the saying 'get yourself a girl who does both' 🤷🏻‍♀️ A lot of people I have spoken to before often say they 'can't' get into fitness for reasons often sounding much like 'I don't want to not go out', 'I'm at uni, I wanna have fun' - I speak from experience lmao. And vice versa, people often thinking they cant go out clubbing and drink and have fun just because they go to the gym. Agreed that downing bottles of alcohol on a weekly basis (we have all been there at some point #freshers) isn't going to do wonders towards your fitness goals but equally, one night isn't going to reverse everything you have achieved. And often the mental and happiness gains from going out and spending time with friends is worth so much more in the long run ✨✨✨

Okay so it’s been a hot minute since I’ve done a progress update like this. Left is Oct 2017, Right is Feb 2018. Unfortunately these photos aren’t taken in the exact same positioning, or at the same time of day (Oct was taken in the morning before any meals, Feb taken around 3:30pm post two meals) However, there’s no editing at all, and the difference in cellulite on my stomach especially is drastic. Also there’s a lol more definition on my arms/shoulders/chest, and though it’s hard to tell in the photos, these shorts fit MUCH better now. Here’s a lil tri-set I threw together in the gym tonight to get all the blooood in those good old glutes 🍑 (*BANDS DISCLAIMER KEEP READING)🧐 I must admit - felt very weird videoing in the gym. I’m not your ideal “fitness” and I feel like I may be judged but it’s fun and keeps me accountable so let’s give it a go 😅😇 - hip thrusts x12 (squeeze at the top every single time - and ALWAYS look forward and protect that spine plz) - banded hip abductors x10 per leg - banded kickbacks x10 each leg SO important to remember amidst the hype of *resistance bands that heavy compound lifts is what will build you muscle. Throwing in resistance bands is great if you’re wanting to fatigue that muscle even more or have a goal of burning fat (aka me!) Also... In honour of our president Rihanna’s birthday the other day 🎧 woooo 💗 Hope this tri-set helps everyone’s peach 🍑🧡

Gunna be super real with you, my 2kg holiday fluff gainzzz, not ideal, but I had fun along the way 😉🍦 I know life is so much more than looking a certain way, for me it's more about keeping fit and I want to keep my fitness up while travelling. You don't have to do sign up to a £50 a week gym (thats how much some can be out here!!) but keeping the heart healthy with some jogs and HIIT here and there is idealllll 👌 thats all I want, to keep my fitness up, as once its gone its hard to get back again without alot of effort. I worked bloody hard, I want to maintain myself a little still! 💦 . . Session 1: Muay Thai training was unreal! Felt SO good to get a sweat on, pretty knackered, but ready for session two in 3 hours 💦

SHOOK 😮 If I told you that the first pic was Jan 2017 and the second was Jan 2018 progress pic. You'd believe me. If I said I have increased my workouts, hit PB's and upped my cardio and hiit. You'd believe me. If I told you I started this new fitness program that has changed my life, my mental health and my fitness. You'd believe me. . . I found an app, which edits pictures with barely any evidence, its scary. I'm not going to name the app as I know it's tempting to try it out and see how "perfect" you can make yourself. . I enlarged my butt, with ease. I made my waist impossibly small for my structure. I ELONGATED MY LEGS!!! I didn't even realise that was a thing!!! I smoothed my skin. The worst thing is no matter how hard I try, I cant see any obvious background warping or evidence of photoshopping 🤥 it's scary how this was done on a free phone app, imagine what they can do on a computer with software. . It saddens me that some of you will think you wished you looked like the pic on the right. It sdden me that people edit their pictures to create their perfect self for others to believe. It's just sad, scary and needs to stop. Be realistic, be kind to your body, be patient and be wary. Not saying that girls with bods like the one on the right are not real. Just saying its easy to create "perfection" in about 4 minutes 🤚

FLEX FRIDAY💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️ I’ve realised I haven’t spent much time with my friends recently as it’s just been gym and work. And I really feel that it has had an impact on my mood. Tomorrow I’m going to change that and head to a karaoke bar in Soho! Because one of my fav things to do is sing especially when I don’t know any of the words 😂 Next week is a very important week for me so I think having a break and a little bit of fun will refresh my head ready to get focussed on next week!
