Well this is a first. When you get a message they blocked your video because of the song in the back ground, you repost it. May seem like a simple exercise, but have to admit my bad arm was feeling it. There is a difference between the pain referred to in “No pain, no Gain” and pain from an injury. The prior is talking about the burn that takes place as you push your muscles to grow. The latter pain is the one that tells you it’s time to quit before you injury yourself more. You need to learn the difference between the two both mentally and physically. (Sorry for the crazy faces I make when working out....) New week, new workouts! What's changed for me, well I've had leg day dropped so down to training legs/glutes twice a week and I've picked up a dedicated back/shoulder day with biceps added in. Can't say I'm loving the shoulder day this is my least favourite area to work and I struggle with it "side raises" 😩😩😩 but I'm loving the switch up from my old routine!.. Cardio has been slashed in half to 15mins 🎉🎉🎉🎉 what's not to love about that...Happy Wendesday Guys ❤

Sweaty #hotmess I honestly had every excuse of why I shouldn’t or couldn’t get my workout in today.. I had endless excuses.. But I turned off that negative switch & I’m so glad I did.. sweated through those excuses.. I released happy endorphins that I so badly needed.. Can we love ourselves while working to be our best? I believe so, but so many of us feel that in order to be better it means we have to be displeased with ourselves or our current state... not at all- we are freaking amazing, flaws and all! Can we be better, learn more, be more open and receptive, more loving and compassionate? Of course and that doesn’t mean we have to hate who and where we are to do so. And I didn’t die! 🙌🏼 — Today’s butt kick was T25 Cardio by @shaunt and I loved it!
