This was something I learned first hand. I had a partner who did not support my goals and dreams, but offered "lip service" but never actually did anything, whilst I bent over backwards to help her achieve hers.. . I've learned my lesson and I'm lucky enough now to have friends and more..around me who truely support my visions and goals and it's effortless. Not a big difference in weight in the picture in the right I was 145 lbs and In the left (now) I’m 144. Since then I’ve hit a max in dead lift 245x 2 and squat for 245 x 1 and a rep max in bench 95 x 4 x 10. I’m gaining strength while leaning out and it’s tough but I know the more I get the hang of this balance the closer I’ll get to my goal.
