AB ROLLOUT 👀. . Continuiamo con gli esercizi per il rafforzamento del Core. È un esercizio per gli addominali completo perché richiede l’attivazione di tutta la catena cinetica Anteriore. Questo è uno degli esercizi più difficili da eseguire in quanto è richiesta una buona stabilità dei vostri addominali e una buona forza del upper del vostro corpo. Muscoli Focus 🔥:. 🔹Retto Addominale. 🔹Addominali Obliqui Esterni e Interni. 🔹Trasverso dell’addome. Muscoli coinvolti e stabilizzatori:. 🔺Flessori anca-Glutei-Ischiocrurali. 🔺Grand Dorsale e Gran Pettorale. 🔺Tricipite Brachiale. 🔺Gran Dentato. Posizione di partenza: in ginocchio sul tappetino si afferra la ruota 🌑con entrambe le mani con le braccia semidistese. Esecuzione 💪🏻. Contraendo gli addominali e i glutei si lascia rotolare la ruota in avanti, distendendosi con il corpo in avanti➡️ con la contrazione muscolare si arresta la discesa, fino a che il vostro busto non è parallelo al suolo. ❗️INSPIRARE.
