Real talk time. (If you're struggling with an ED message me if you want someone to talk to). Ever since I have upped my calories I have felt so much stronger. It's also helped me get over the mental issues I had with food. I ended up loosing too much weight because of it and I didn't post for a while because I just didn't feel healthy or confident anymore (I was just bones, even my doctor asked if I had an ED and I wasn't even there to talk about food). I was medically underweight which made me cold, tired and miserable all of the time. My leptin levels stopped telling me when I was hungry, and my metabolism slowled down making me reduce my calories even more. All I ever thought about was food and I became weaker very quickly due to muscle wastage. If you're trying to get lean, don't obssess over the numbers. It will ruin your mental health. I am learning to ignore the scales and focus on my wellbeing, getting strong and eating healthy instead of eating LESS. I have never felt so strong in my life 💪 Being in a calorie deficit is the only way to make you lose weight, yes. But don't do it for too long or you will damage your metabolism. It's different for everyone, so watch your leptin levels and if you stop seeing progress! Also.. if you crave a chocolate bar, just have it! I stopped myself from all treats during my weight loss journey and this lead to urges to binge, not good! Your body obviously needs it, so be kind to it and your mental health and let yourself have a treat 😍 Don't get me wrong! I'm still struggling with ed thoughts and I still obsess over what I'm eating, but it's all a journey and it's okay! I am getting there, and I'm feeling better as time goes on, you can do it too! Be brave, food is good for you and we need it to live 😁This picture was taken after I got a new bicep curl PB, 10k per hand for 4 reps 😱 Feeling so proud of myself for that!

Muiden opettaminen on kyllä huikeen palkitsevaa hommaa 😊👌 Siinä myös huomaa yhden asian, mitä on monen kohdalla onnistumisen este.. se on epäonnistuminen tai häviäminen jossakin, mikä siinä on niin pahaa että sitä pitää pelätä? Huomaa ihan pikkujutuissa urheilusuorituksista asti että ei kokeilla jotakin kun ei haluta epäonnistua, sama asenne kantautuu usein muuhunkin tekemiseen.. vaikka lopputuloksella ei olis mitään merkitystä mihinkään.. sitten jos epäonnistutaan niin halutaan kiertää asia jotain helpompaa reittiä.. itse olen sitä mieltä että rohkeutta ja itsevarmuutta koko elämään on tuonut lapsuuden urheilut, miksi? Koska opin häviämään, monen monta kertaa saanut pettyä omaan suoritukseen.. niiden kautta on oppinut myös siihen että mitä sitten, ei sillä ole mitään väliä, pitää tehdä enemmän töitä, harjoitella lisää, kehittyä ja niitä voittojakin rapisee kyllä loppujen lopuksi.. vihaan hävitä, tein mitä vaan, mutta kun se tapahtuu, niin se ruokkii mun tekemistä vaan lisää, koska olen oppinut että se työ palkitaan vielä.. epäonnistumiset on älyttömän tärkeitä, niistä oppii ja ne tuo onnistumisille sen oikean arvon 😊💪💪 oma veikkaus on että ei haluta näyttää muille epäonnistumista.. no sanotaan nyt näin että jos vaikka painoa haluat pudottaa, epäonnistut ja siitä joku alkaa sinua arvostamaan eri tavalla, niin sillä arvostelijalla on kyllä ongelmia itsensä kanssa, ei sinun suorituksen kanssa... älkää olko niitä jotka pelaa varman päälle, eli mitään ei yritetä tai tavoitella ettei vaan epäonnistuta, koska sillon ei kyllä saavutakkaan sitä mitä haluaa.. onko tuttuja fiiliksiä sun kohdalla?? #valmentaja #urheilu #bullsallout #processbao #naturalbodybuilding #gymtraining #coach

TBT . Throwing it back with my amazing editing skills. . I found this picture yesterday and felt the need to share to let others know I've been through my very own journey. . This was the result of poor lifestyle choices, skipping gym sessions and not knowing what a waxing strip was. . Safe to say I will never be this version of myself again. . I was tired all the time in fact the daily fatigue was unbearable, not confident to get my top off without feeling judged, was a little timid and nothing like the confidence I show now, never said no to a meal out, and was on the piss most weekends. . Safe to say my life was pretty sh*tty here. . Then one New Years resolution a few years back I told myself I needed to get my sh*t together and make a change to everything. Physique, lifestyle and business. The result being the next picture (physique wise). . My initial graft was 4 months and then another 3 months after a 2 month diet break. I didn't stop and still going now... . That year a few things happened. . My personal business grew 10 X not only in money but getting my passion back for health and fitness and helping others. . My friendships and relationship improved more than I could have imagined. I only realised how sh*t company I was until I see how I am with people now. . My training and physique surpassed everything I set my sights on and allowed me to grow my knowledge. . I had sooo much more energy and was no longer shy to take my kit off in public *insert a douche bag was born*. (I know I've said this already but it's true). . Life was sweet. . The point here is, a transformation from fat to physique or skinny to physique is far more than just a physical change it improves your life in every way. . This New Year, do what I did, get your sh*t together. It will literally blow your mind. . If you need help or relate to this this. Slip into my DM and we can get talking.
