One thing that I certainly want to start working on is better foot placement during benching as well as some velocity training! As we know power = strength x speed and if you see my previous videos speed is certainly not my strong suite! Lol . Today I've decided to start putting together a velocity program as well and start to play with some more adequate foot positions! Here I'm I'm doing 2 seconds down with an explosive press( or as explosive I can perform lol!) I was kinda looking forward to go running outdoors more (who have i become) but then the weather decided to do a 180 and go from sunny days to thunderstorms and infinite rain ⛈ So instead of running outdoors I’ve started sprinting on the treadmill again (“sprinting”) which I actually really enjoy 🤔 I just have to fill in the gap between my strength and actual “fitness” lol, anyone else? 😂
