#crixtips para un arroz blanco de 10 👌🏼👌🏼 Sabías que el arroz es una excelente fuente de carbohidratos y media taza (50g cocido) equivale a una porción de carbohidratos? Recuerda acompañarlo con alguna proteína y grasa saludable +vegetales SIEMPRE No le tengan miedo que al hacer esa combinación puede entrar perfecto en cualquier plan alimenticio pues los carbohidratos son fundamentales como fuente de energía para nuestro día a día. Las porciones siempre dependen de cada persona y sus necesidades. Bueno... al grano! Jajajjaa Para dos tazas de arroz 🍚: 1. Pon a hervir 2 tazas de agua 2. Cuando empiece a hervir agrega el arroz, un trozo de cebolla, un ramito de cilantro y un toque de sal rosada (también puede ser un pedacito de pimiento rojo o ralladura de cúrcuma -este tip me lo pasó una de ustedes-) 3. Baja la flama y tapa el sartén. 4. En aprox 10 min el agua debe consumirse por completo y el arroz está listo. 5. Si está un poco duro agrega un chorrito mini de agua y espera a que se consuma nuevamente. 6. Apaga y retira de la parrilla para evitar que siga calentándose. Listo! Queda perfecto y no se pega ni queda “masudo” si vas despacio con el agua extra (en caso de ser necesario) Ustedes como lo preparan?? So many people think that they need to wake up early every single day to be productive. . They listen to a couple entrepreneurship influencers telling them to "wake up before the sun" @grantcardone . Truth is that can do way more harm than good on your health and productivity. Here's some information from my course about sleep 🛌: . You have three types of sleep: REM, Light, and Deep Sleep . 👉 REM sleep is where you dream, form connections between memories in your brain, and restores your neurochemistry to a normal balance leading to more creativity and a stable good mood. . 👉 Light sleep clears your mental capacity, allowing you to learn more when you wake up the next day. . 👉 And Deep sleep is biological sleep - this is where detoxification, cellular recovery from exercise, and memory consolidation take place. . You're body is programmed to get most of its Deep sleep EARLY in your pre-determined sleep cycle. Meaning that if you sleep later than you're supposed to every night, you wake up less refreshed and groggy. . Light and REM sleep, on the other hand, happen later in the sleep cycle. So if you wake up too early, you miss out on that - lowering your creativity and mental capacity the next day. . How do you know when you're supposed to sleep and wake up? . Now everyone has a pre-programmed "chronotype", dictating when they should sleep. . 🦁 Morning people are generally going to have higher energy and creativity in the day, are usually more organized and operations oriented, and wake up at 5:30-7:00AM naturally. . 🐺 Night people, on the other hand, peak in Energy at 10PM at night, are really creative very late in the day, and wake up at 8-10AM naturally. . Whatever time it is you're naturally genetically programed to sleep is when you should sleep. . Sleep too late or wake up too early, and you miss out on the crucial stages of sleep to promote total body health and productivity. . And no, you can't change your programmed sleep time. Its determined on a genetic level.

Often times we hear parents say it's just food, but food in the standard American diet is used as a drug. These cereals are laced with drugs, laboratory made sugar Replacements which cause neurological disorders which they call in Psych and allopathic medicine add and ADHD. But my health coach helped me reframe movement. Instead of creating the excuse that I’m just “not an active person,” I’ve learned that the woman I’m becoming is an active person, so I better start showing up as her.⁣ 💪🏼⁣ By moving, (especially when you’re fighting the “I don’t wanna’s”) you’re telling your body that “YEP! WE’RE DOING THIS! And this is how we create energy!”

People are dying more of degenerative diseases which most of the time are preventable by making healthier choices be it in the food we eat, making more time for rest and living a less stressful life. • I recently realized that living a busy life is not an excuse to neglect my health. It’s a matter of setting priorities and managing my time well, giving more priority to what are essential to me and letting go of the things I can do without. • Have you ever wondered how successful people are able to juggle meditation, workout, preparing a hearty breakfast, play golf, travel and yet still manage to build an empire? It’s because they have mastered how to set priorities. My happy place is with my family. My happy place is driving down the road with the windows down on a crisp Autumn day while belting out the words to my favorite tunes. My happy place is curling up with a good book. . All of the thing I just mentioned bring me joy, but REAL, empowered happiness is WITHIN us. All of us. No matter the location, external circumstances or people in our lives. Internal happiness is ALWAYS within us. Understanding that and embracing it allows our soul to be fed continuously. . There are things in our life that are beyond our control, but I'm here to tell you HAPPINESS is a CHOICE! . Does that mean that a life full of nothing but butterflies and rainbows is just a choice away? Does that mean we won't ever have hard days or feel anxious, sad, or angry. Hell to the no. We need contrast in our lives! . Does it mean that external things- relationships, experiences, places, things don't play a part in our overall quality of life? Hell to the no again. Those things are the icing on the cake though. Those things exponentially increase our happiness. . But it starts on the INSIDE. . WE have the power WITHIN us to flip the switch. To work through the hard stuff. To process it, feel it, and move on. It takes work. It takes practice. It can be uncomfortable. EVOLVE through it. . Our THOUGHTS create our FEELINGS. Our FEELINGS create our ACTIONS. Our ACTIONS create our RESULTS. . Is happiness the result you are looking for? Do you want to know the key to happiness? . YOU!! . Working on improving my website! ⁣ ⁣ Who else is a perfectionist? 🙋🏻‍♀️ I am always looking to improve myself and everything I do. When I launched the website last week I had this nagging feeling that something wasn’t quite right, that it wasn’t perfect or at least as close as it can get to that. Now don’t get me wrong, I realize that perfection is usually unattainable, but what do you do when you feel like there is room for improvement?⁣ ⁣ Initially I felt paralyzed. I kept thinking that I need to hire a designer and spend thousands of dollars on a professional website. I felt overwhelmed, stuck, and angry with myself for not being able to calm my thoughts and move past this.⁣ ⁣ But then I did my favorite thing to do when feelings like this pop up: I started writing. I dumped all my thoughts on those sheets of paper and before I knew it I saw the answer clear as day: no, there was no need for a website designer, I could do it! What I needed was a better website building platform and a handful of patience and self-compassion. Thoughts like “I hate that I wasted so much time using that platform” were not going to get me anywhere, and were soon replaced with “I can’t wait to see how I can use my creativity in new ways”.⁣ ⁣ Moral of the story: never give up on yourself, especially when you’re building a business. Unless you have unlimited resources and time (which let’s be honest, who does?) the entire process will revolve around learning and improving. So be mindful of the negative thought patterns that pop up, put them down on paper, and soon you’ll see how their only purpose is stopping you from being your best self! ⁣ ⁣ P.S.: I cannot WAIT to show you the new website, it’s already looking so much better and it’s so much closer to what I envisioned initially!!!!

Check out a couple points below of why I love to incorporate seasonal produce in what I eat ⭐️ But first, here’s the recipe to this bowl: 1/2 cup oats + 2 tbsp chia seeds + 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 1 big tbsp nut butter + 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Mix together well and store in fridge overnight. In the morning, add fresh figs and peaches and any other toppings you want 🍑 And now... a few benefits of eating what’s in season : 1. Variety! You can begin to incorporate foods you might not typically eat. Plus you can increase your creativity in the kitchen using new foods 👩‍🍳 2. Higher nutritional value and better taste because it is fresher and harvested at the right time 😋 3. Cost will be cheaper than other times of the year when it’s not in season 🤑 So try incorporating more seasonal produce!
