Let’s talk anxiety . Over the years the word anxiety has been thrown around loosely and without firsthand experience, the impact this disorder has on a person’s life is difficult to understand. . Social anxiety disorder involves high levels of anxiety, fear and avoidance of social situations due to feelings of embarrassment, self-consciousness and concern about being judged or viewed negatively by others. For as long as I can remember I’ve struggled with social anxiety. Last night was one of my worst nights in a while, and I’m not proud of it. I was invited to a house party which should have been fun and I was so excited to go but the closer to the party I got the more anxious I became and ended up sitting in my car for a good 45 minutes after arriving over analyzing situations in my head because I’m too scared of what might happen if I’m not prepared for it. I didn’t know the majority of the people there and only stayed for about a half hour after working up the courage to go in because I was so uncomfortable and absolutely petrified standing alone and felt like everyone’s eyes were on me. But I pushed myself. I walked in there regardless of the intense panic I felt in my chest and self doubt and even though I didn’t stay long I pushed myself regardless of the fact that ever bone in my body wanted to turn on my car and drive home where I knew it was safe, where I would be comfortable. But I walked in there because I knew if I didn’t that would be letting the disorder win and I was not about to let that happen. . Now I’m not saying this for sympathy. I’m posting this because I know that so many others out there struggle like I do and all I wang to do is make at least one other person out there feel not alone and understood and to shed some light on the situation and break the stigma regarding mental illness because you are so much stronger than you believe. You can get through this I believe in you and I am here for you ❤️

Szafi #reform csirkekirály fűszerkeverék, • 1 csipet #szafi Reform himalaya só, • 3 szelet pangaciusfilé. A puffasztott quinoat, és rizst, szezámmagot beleöntjük egy darálóba és por állagúra daráljuk. Hozzákeverjük a fahéjat és a fűszerkeveréket. A halakat enyhén megsózzuk és beleforgatjuk a keverékbe.
