قربت المدارس تبدأ، هل عودت اولادك يفطرو قبل المدرسة؟ . اول ما اتخرجت من الجامعة (دراسات صعوبات تعلّم) اشتغلت مع اطفال و كنت الاحظ الفرق بين الطفل الي يجي من البيت فاطر كويس و بين الي يجي فاطر ساندوتش نوتلا ولا كورن فليكس مليان سكر ولا ما يكون فاطر ويجي جيعان. لدرجة انه الطفل الي معظم اكله سكر كانو امهاتهم يقولولي: "اتوقع ابني عنده فرط حركة/ كانه مشبوك في كهربا ٢٢٠!/ مشاغب/ مايركز/.. وغيره من الأحكام. لكن بعد تغيير عاداتهم ونوعية وجباتهم، تغير سلوكم بشكل ملحوظ. . ساعد ابنك بانك توفرله وجبة متوازنة، عودهم على عادات صحية من الصغر. هذا جزء من مسؤولية المربّي. وحيشكروك لما يكبرو. . . . After graduating from Special Ed, learning disabilities.. I worked with children who’s parents labeled them as ADD or ADHD or just plain “outta control". But when I learnt that they had sugary cereal or sugary juices and sandwiches for breakfast, biscuits as a snack, pasta for lunch & white bread with processed cheese for dinner.. with some candy intervals too.. there was my answer! So many children world wide aren’t given an equal opportunity in the learning environment because they get insufficient nutrition at home.
