My reboot is D. O. N. E. (Swipe to see results) Longest 60 hours of my life! (Well, except my labor with Savannah. I also couldn’t eat AND I was in pain. Non-medicated birth and all...) My results are’t as ground breaking as some (check out @justpruvit stories! Amazing...) but I can see some differences. “Only” lost 3 lbs, but I see it out of my thighs and a bit in my belly. If I ever do an extend fast again, I won’t do it unless I have the reboot kit. That thing was a lifesaver. The community support was/is amazing and the drinks helped satisfy me while also doing some hard work (DNA repair anyone?) Now I’m egg fasting for at least today. I don’t want to rush into anything. One of the few dinners we eat on repeat: Zoodles with Turkey Bolognese 💚🙌 The sauce turns out a little different each time, depending on what vegetables and herbs I have in the fridge, but it goes a little something like this: - cook ground turkey until mostly cooked through - add chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and dried or fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, and parsley all go well) - add other vegetables such as carrots, celery, broccoli, eggplant, squash, etc - add jarred or homemade tomato pasta sauce - simmer until turkey is cooked through and vegetables are soft. . For the zoodles, I use a spiralizer then steam them in the microwave for 2 mins, draining any released water after. Don’t forget the Parmesan!! 🧀 #sheeatstolive
