Who loves their greens? 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️ I love making easy #saladbowls for meals. You can dress them up with #colorsoftherainbow, or make it hot + cold. . . This bowl has avocado, egg, baked Tumeric tofu, spinach, Brussels sprouts,and @primalkitchenfoods Green goddess sauce. #keepitsimplesista I also did something different and added kelp to my 🥗 to give it a special crunch. Have you tried kelp yet? . . It has so many benefits 👉🏼👉🏼 gluten free, vitamins {A, B, C} + minerals {magnesium, calcium, iodine, zinc, iron}, fiber and omega 3’s. I drizzled the kelp with rice vinegar and gluten free soy sauce. I am working on how best to use them so if you have suggestions I would ❤️ to hear them.

It’s not Tuesday, but I don’t care 🤫 today I’m doing some open houses, which I haven’t done in a while which means I haven’t worn my uniform in a while (because it’s a winter fabric, so I legit only wear it if needed or in winter only) and I COMFORTABLY fit into this size 10, without restriction - I could do aerobics in it! So I found the photo I took the day I was able to fit back into my size 14 uniform, which I was stoked to fit into regardless of the fact that I couldn’t even bend over to do up my shoes with it on because it was so tight and restrictive! Not only are the facts mind blowing, but when putting these photos side by side, I am AMAZED! Who is that oppressed girl on the left, and who is this new girl? Boring, I know I know it's Friday night where's all the fun right? Well I've got goals to meet, When I'm focused, or even if I have a lot on my mind, I like to keep everything else around me very simple. Especially, my food. Eating healthy can be very tricky or as simple as you would like it to be. My body reacts very well to weight loss when my carbs are low. Though that may not be the case for everyone it works very well for me. On average, throughout the course of the day I try to keep my carbohydrate intake below 60 grams. Having a carb and take this load helps me to meet my goal of losing 2 lbs of body fat per week, this is of course in conjunction with me following a very strict workout routine. It's breakfast for dinner!!! Nomnomnom. These were the best scrambled eggs I've ever made. I watched a Youtube video the other day of @curtisstone making scrambled eggs and I realized I've been doing it alllllll wrong my whole life (who screws up scrambled eggs?). 😒 I hate when people call themselves fat. We all have fat. We all have eyelashes too, but we don't call each other eyelashes! 🤔 FAT has always been the dietary bad guy yet we all need some fat from food. Fat is a source of energy, is needed to build and repair cells, and is necessary for muscle health and to avoid inflammation. _  But some fats are better than others 🐟 🌰. Most of the time, unless I'm having a cheat meal, I try to incorporate healthier fats into my day. 🍳I love eggs! Do you? And I also love this post from my great friend @syaattfitness. He lays out just how you can enjoy eggs while losing fat. Here’s what he has to say: @Regrann from @syattfitness - 💥WHOLE EGGS OR WHITES?💥 - 🦄The fitness industry runs on a pendulum of extremes. Everything is either good or bad. Healthy or unhealthy. Fattening or fat burning. And no matter what, someone will always have studies to prove they're right and you're wrong and Hogwarts doesn't exist and we're all just muggles and other really hurtful comments that sting but aren't true. - ☕️Truth is, very few things in the fitness industry (or life, for that matter) are black & white. The answer usually falls somewhere in between...in that gray area in which the answer depends on your individual needs, goals, & preferences - not dogmatic absolutes. - 🦄Take eggs, for example. Aside from the obnoxious comments bound to come about how eggs are awful and should never be eaten (malarkey, btw, they're amazing for you), everyone and their house elf has an opinion on whether or not you should eat whole eggs when you're trying to lose fat. Here's what I think. - ☕️Whole eggs are great because they're stacked with nutrients. Only issue is they have way more calories than whites and don't fill you up all that much. Whites, on the other hand, are much more filling (bc you can eat way more for fewer cals) but don't get all the nutrients whole eggs offer. - 🦄So...why not have both? You can have either/or if you want. But there's also no reason you can't have 1-2 whole eggs and a whole bunch of whites to get all the benefits of the nutrient profile without adding too many calories. - ☕️In the end, do what works best for YOU and allows YOU to stay consistent with your training and nutrition. Because, above all, consistency is king. - 💩PS if anyone references "What the Health" as a valid source for why eggs are unhealthy, please remember you're referencing a Netflix movie, not legitimate scientific research. And unless you read the studies they referenced in-full, you haven’t actually done research. - 🦄Eggs are absolutely healthy (in moderation)

I made the most yummy stir fry..... no recipe, I just 👁 balled it! Shrimp, snow peas and shishito peppers. For a little sauce I used coconut aminos, sesame oil, fish sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger and some red pepper flake.
