This pumpkin loaf from @kaseytrenumblogger is delicious. I made a cream cheese icing to top mine. Some advice: I had trouble getting it to cook through. Ended up quartering it and baking it about 30 mins longer than it called for in the recipe. Plan on making them into muffins next time to help with the cook time.
