I made this recipe up before going keto and lucky me..it fits into my keto eating lifestyle!! :: :: Portabella mushroom caps 2 chicken breasts 1.5 - 2 cups heavy cream Canned green chilies Grated parmesan :: :: Cook chicken and flavor with whatever seasonings you want ( I use garlic powder and onion powder) Add chilies and heavy cream ( I add garlic salt or Himalayan salt and pepper as well),bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes. Fill the mushroom caps with the chicken and heavy cream mixture. Both pics today. The first pic is how this sweater used to fit me. Buttons stretched tight. I never wore it and it was banished to the basement. I found it the other day. Laundered it.
