Granola vegan tartalets with walnut cream Когда хочеш удивить мужа красивым и оригинальным завтраком. Чтобы он подумал ,что какая же у него умница и хозяюшка жена.Но,совсем не хочется ,только проснувшись,провести 2 часа на кухне....... . . . . РЕЦЕПТ на 10 -12 средних тарталеток Основа: ◆200 гр. овсянки длительный варки ◆ 2 ст ложки льняного семени ◆ 1 ст.ложка изюма (по вкусу ) ОРЕХОВЫЙ КРЕМ: ◆ 1 стакан грецких орехов ◆ 1 ст. воды ◆ 1 ст.ложка меда ◆ 1 ст. ложка лимонного сока Но ночь залить кипятком лен.И в холодной воде замочить, промытые грецкие орехи. Утро : включить духовку на 180 ,в чашу блендера высыпать лен -немного измельчить,добавить овсянку и изюм,прокрутить до равномерного распределения всех ингредиентов. В силиконовые формочки распределить массу, плотно утрамбовывая. Отправить в духовку, до золотистости (20-25 мин.) Готовим крем :Промыть набухшие за ночь орехи, закинуть их в блендер с остальными ингредиентами.Измельчать до однородности крема. Готовые тарталетки украсить кремом и фруктами по желанию. I like to think we humans created donuts for the odd enjoyment — just not necessarily everyday or 3 at a time every day. - And trust me I’ve been there. You might be someone who eats too much of the processed stuff — and I get it, it’s delicious — but I promise I’ve never seen anyone regret leaving overeating that stuff behind them. - And even though I’m not necessarily into “paleo” it is, without question, the only nutritional structure out there that makes sense — even if some of their claims aren’t trust, they’re still telling you to eat natural foods. - And that’s what you should be eating. Like eat food that your great grandparents had access too. Fruits, vegetables, potatoes, rice, beans, oils, and some meat and fish. - Does it get boring? - Honestly, cooking skills could be important here. But also, and I’m just being honest, if you’re looking for food to entertain you every day you may be looking for food to fix a boredom issue it was never meant for. - And if you’re in a rush and can’t prep your own quality food or meal, you’re gonna pay more. - If it ran, swam, or grew out of the ground there’s a good chance it’s what you want most the time. . How to burn off that slice of cheesecake: Maintaining a healthy weight has a lot to do with balancing the energy we consume through eating food with the energy we expend through every day living and physical activity. Did you know that all food, regardless of it’s nutritional value, contains energy? The energy in food comes in the form of protein, carbohydrate and fat. The body breaks down these macronutrients to access the energy stored in their bonds. Energy is measured in units known as kilojoules (the Australian way) or Calories (the American way). To convert from one unit to another 1 calorie (C) = 4.2 kilojoules (kJ). Although all food contains energy there are certain foods that we eat which contribute extreme amounts of energy to our bodies without supplying adequate vitamins, minerals and fibre. These foods are sometimes labeled as containing ‘empty calories’ or as having low nutrient density. I.e. cheesecake. The problem with these foods is not that they make you ‘fat’ all on their own, it’s that they tend to contribute lots of energy to our daily intake and if we aren’t doing sufficient physical activity, the excess energy we consume is stored as fat. (The following values are based on a 60kg person (a larger person burns more energy and smaller person burns less): 1 slice of strawberry cheesecake = 960kJ (230C) equals 30 minutes on the cross-trainer set to hill-training. Remember, individual foods don’t make you fat. ☺️Aaaah, quiet Saturday night at home. Husband hanging with friends, one son working, the other one gaming with friends, and it’s just me. Me, myself, and I. And the pets🐶🐶🐱. Cleaning out the office and all our files. Getting crrrrrrazy over here😆😂 . My hubs and I embarked on a project today to throw out stuff. Go through all the files, everything, in order to neaten up our office and streamline our life a little more. This was definitely much needed. So because we were focused and feeling super productive, lunch had to be quick. I was feeling something warm, but fast, and so this fit the bill. And took all of 5 minutes. . . I sautéed ~1/3 bag of cole slaw (which was essentially just cabbage and carrots), then threw in 1/2 cup rotisserie chicken, and mixed in a little bit of diced green apple. All on top of some fresh kale, and mixed with Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Vinaigrette. . So.Good. . I love throwing together bowls. Meat + lots of veggies and whatever flavors I want to add. SO easy & so fast. Lately I’ve also been adding some spinach or kale as a base to make into a bowl/salad, with a touch of dressing, and I really like it. . . 👉🏼A little hint: I love kale because it’s nutrient rich and doesn’t wilt as fast as spinach can. Thus making it a great base or mix-in. But it can be bitter tasting and tough and unappealing. So if you massage it while you’re washing it, it takes away the bitterness and softens it.🌱 Plus, it also makes it a brighter green, making it a pretty addition to your meals (or your bowls😋) .

I'm home alone, so even though it's Sunday, there is not much fanciness going on with my lunch. But I can't say that about flavours and nutrients, because holy spirit this was some good meal. I've made my Loaded Meatloaf (recipe on the blog), but left out the cheese (me and dairy are not friends at the moment 😒) and added black olives and capers. The rest of the plate is rocket, @woolworths_au stir-fry vegetables, avocado and kimchi. And my taste buds are having a party 💃 . . Today I’m sharing my favourite recipe for healthy and diet-proof pancakes, that only count 115 calories. You’ll only need 3 ingredients for this belly-filling treat girls, so it was never this easy to celebrate pancake day girls! There’s one category under “healthy food” that you have to learn to appreciate in order to like eating it. There’s a second category that contains pancakes. I almost can’t believe that pancakes are allowed in your diet and will contribute to the progression of a fit body?! But it’s true, YES! So delicious that it never bores me and I already get an exciting feeling while I’m baking ha ha INGREDIENTS – 200 ml milk or water (you can choose soy milk, almond milk, cocos milk or keep it natural) – 100 gr oats – 1 egg The recipe makes 5 pancakes, but it can differ by the size of your pan.
