Så er fonden sat over, og den skal nu hygge sig i ca. 6 timer. •MAI SENZA• Come posso non farvi vedere questi prodotti che fanno parte della mia spesa dell'altro ieri e partiamo da: 🌟Latte di noce, riso e nocciola i miei preferiti per creare shake buonissimi ma anche da sostituire al latte normale che mi gonfia e appesantisce; vi consiglio queste marche perché secondo me sono le migliori. 🌟 Panna da cucina SENZA LATTOSIO leggerissima per mantecare i risotti e non solo! 🌟Crackers integrali buonissimi che rispetto ad altri non hanno il gusto di cartone e hanno valori nutrizionali ottimi (me li porto sempre dietro quando magari pranzo fuori e non trovo il pane integrale) N.B. Je kan dit zowel als Diner als Lunch eten 🙂 🦋 Meergranen wrap even opwarmen in een koekenpan. 🦋 Shoarma even bakken (of op warmen ik had dit nog over). 🦋 Knoflook saus had ik ook nog over. (1eetlp. yoghurt en mayo, zout peper, knoflook, peterselie en bieslook) 🦋 Spitskool heel fijn snijden 🦋 1 kwart appel was genoeg, (verwijder het klokhuis eventueel ook de schil. Snijd hem in kleine blokjes). 🦋 Vul het bovenste middelste gedeelte van de wrap met spitskool, handje appel en een eetlp. Knoflook saus roer het even door elkaar op de wrap en leg er 2 eetlp. Shoarma er boven op. Vouw dan eerst de onder kant naar boven en dan de zijkanten naar elkaar toe! DzienDobry😁 Zimno acz slonecznie, czyli tak jak lubie☀️ Dzisiaj mam dla Was sposob na wykorzystanie resztek po wyciskaniu soku z marchwi. Krakersy marchewkowe, pikantne, aromatyczne. Swietnie sprawdza sie jako przegryzka sama w sobie, czy dodatek do past. Dzisiaj u mnie w towarzystwie pasty z awokado i tunczyka😄 _______ Krakersy: 200g wiorkow z wyciskania soku z marchwi, 2 jajka, 2 lyzki oliwy, 50g maki z komosy ryzowej (moze byc inna bezglutenowa), 20g maki kukurydzianej, sol, lyzeczke suszonego lubczyku, pol lyzeczki ostrej papryki, pol lyzeczki mielonego kminu rzymskiego. Mieszamy i wykladamy na blaszke pokryta papierem. Reka rozprowadzamy cienka warstwe i nozem kroimy na kawalki. Posypujemy sezamem. Wstawiamy do nagrzanego piekarnika na 170C i pieczemy ok 25-35min - na oko. Wyciagamy i ukladamy na kratke, do wyschniecia. Pasta z tunczyka: pol awokado, puszka tunczyka w sosie wlasnym lekko odcisnietego, pol lyzeczki chili w oliwie lub odrobina ostrej papryczki, 2 lyzki soku z cytryny, sol/pieprz - blendujemy na gladko. 🤤I just couldn't wait to share this recipe👌 BOUNTY PROTEIN BARS... it takes honestly less than 10 minutes💪 This is a different version of my usual Bounty Protein Bars. I wanted to replace some of the desiccated coconut with oats to reduce the fat content, I tried and they turned out sooooooo good, just like a bounty but better macros and better than my old recipe 😍 . Ingredients: 80g desiccated coconut 80g of oat flour (you can just add coconut instead) 45ml of maple syrup or any low cal syrup (I personally use golden, but that is up to you) 80ml lite coconut milk (you might need to adjust it and maybe add a bit more) 30g TPPC Organic Vanilla Protein Powder (link in bio) (optional ingredient) Melted dairy free chocolate x coating ➡In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredient until well combined. Add more coconut milk if needed and adjust the flavour to your like. Roll into cling wrap (scroll to check nect picture how to do so) Bring to the fridge, coat on melted chocolate.
