En éste caso usé una rebanada del pan "Multicereal" de @dasilvapan + 1/3 de aguacate 🥑 + jitomates cherry + cebolla morada. . Del huevo revuelto la porción que me serví fue de dos a tres cucharadas . . Quizás no es tan "clean" pero es balanceado, completo y variado. . . ✔️ En éste plato juntamos los tres macros: . 1️⃣ Hidratos de carbono --> el pan + las verduras. 2️⃣ Proteína --> huevo + el jamón. 3️⃣ Grasa --> el aguacate 🥑. . . . 🧐 OJO: . El consumo de embutidos (como jamón, salchicha... ) se recomienda limitarlos y no consumirlos todos los días, debido a que son altos en sodio y contienen muchos aditivos en su lista de ingredientes. . 🚧 Si son intolerantes o alérgicos al gluten o soya, mejor evitenlos. . . . From Skeptic to Believer... . . It has been a rare occasion that I have missed a day of my daily superfood in the last two years, and to think I was that person who came up with every excuse as to why I didn't need it. . . Let's see... . . ✅It's too expensive! Hmmm...compared to that macchiato with almond milk I got every day at Dunkin, it was actually cheaper! And...was it really too expensive considering it took care of any multivitamins or supplements I might need to purchase on a regular basis? Lastly, and most importantly if you ask me...wasn't an investment into my health going to help save money at the doctor later on? Most likely! Ok...that excuse was out the window! . . ✅I'll just use a GNC protein powder. Hmm..well protein isn't what we are deficient in here in the US. It's nutrients! And GNC wasn't giving me globally harvested products and dense superfood nutrition. Next excuse? . . ✅I I don't want to drink my calories and replace a meal with a shake. Great point for many people! But my shake didn't replace my meal. My shake became an addition, my nightly "dessert" if you will to the other meals I have in a day. . . Top that off with the fact the shake helps with digestion, healthy skin, immunity, regularity, energy levels, and weight loss and the excuses ran out. . . So now, when people ask me what are my non-negotiables for a healthy lifestyle, nutritionally my superfood shake is top on the list. . . How about you? What is your nutritional non-negotiable? Cool but humid walk this morning. Expecting storms tomorrow so have a feeling it’s going to be an overall yucky day. Charlie woke me up at 3am because she had the 💩...took her out and some girl somewhere was talking ridiculously loud and I could hear what sounded like someone walking through leaves in the opposite direction yet no neighbors had lights on 😳. +++ Nein, du hast keinen schlechten Stoffwechsel – du bewegst dich zu wenig +++ Wir haben heute unseren Personal Trainer @__johannes___ beim Training begleitet. Was wir dabei gelernt haben: die beliebte Erklärung für eine Gesichtszunahme „Ich habe nun mal einen schlechten Stoffwechsel“ ist leider nicht gültig. Die Genetik spielt beim Abnehmen nämlich so gut wie gar keine Rolle, wie Johannes uns erklärt hat. Ob eine Person genetisch bedingt eher viel oder wenig verbraucht, macht nur rund 15 Prozent des Ruhestoffwechsels aus und der Unterschied zum Mittelwert beträgt selten mehr als 200 Kalorien (also nicht mal ein ganzer Proteinriegel / Glas Wein…). Der “schlechte Stoffwechsel“ ist also nicht mehr als eine schöne Ausrede für jede gescheiterte Diät. Schade eigentlich…. Was dagegen einen erheblichen Einfluss auf den Kalorienverbrauch hat, ist vor allem NEAT (None Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). Darunter fallen alle Bewegungen, die nicht zu aktivem Sporttreiben gezählt werde, wie zum Beispiel Gehen, Treppensteigen, Herumhüpfen, Putzen, Aufräumen, mit den Beinen wackeln. Der Unterschied kann hier bis zu 1.000 Kalorien ausmachen. Was das für Johannes’ Kunden heißt? I’ve always maintained that some recipes are nutrient-dense fuel for the body and others are simply delicious for the soul. This is one of those “soul” recipes. Pumpkin french toast. FIVE REASONS WHY SELF WEIGHING IS AN IMPORTANT HABIT TO CULTIVATE _ 1️⃣ What gets measured gets managed. Science has shown us that people who weigh themselves daily maintain a healthier bodyweight. In fact one study found that those who weighed themselves less often had less restraint with food and were more likely to over-eat. _ 2️⃣ Weighing yourself doesn't tell the whole story but it's still an important marker of progress. For example, fat and muscle both weigh something, which means that losing fat will typically cause a decrease in body weight and building muscle will typically cause an increase in body weight. If your weight isn’t moving in the right direction for your goal, it’s an indicator that your approach may need adjusted. _ 3️⃣ It helps with accountability. Why do you think so many popular weight loss programs involve weigh ins? People are always more successful when they are held accountable. Self-weighing promotes self-regulation. That's why it results in greater weight loss and more successful long term weight management. _ 4️⃣ It might surprise you to know that what research is available shows that weighing yourself actually can promote a healthy self image. Most studies do NOT link frequent self-weighing to body dissatisfaction, in fact, the opposite- some studies indicate self-weighing actually increases body satisfaction. _ 5️⃣ Daily weighing brings awareness to your weight trends and weight-related behaviors. Things like hormonal fluctuations, stress, sleep, bowel movements (or lack of), sodium, water, and other factors all impact your bodyweight on a day-to-day basis. The average person fluctuates by as much as 3-5lbs a day! Daily self weighing helps you understand YOUR body’s unique weight trends _ ✅ So don't "throw out" the scale, use it!! It might be uncomfortable at first, but with time you’ll find that you don't get as bent out of shape about the process as you used to. Loaded UP on my veggies 🙌🏻 A lot of my patients and clients ask how I switch up my meals with rice because it can get “boring.” Which I 1000% agree! I typically eat brown rice but to switch it up I ate white rice in chicken broth to add extra flavor! You don’t ALWAYS have to eat brown rice. It’s all about finding out what YOU prefer and enjoy while being mindful of the rest of your plate. Yes I recommend brown rice but do I always eat brown rice? No! Because I have found my balance and what works for my body.
