Carrot cake with cashew frosting for a little afternoon treat. This cashew frosting was so easy to make and so much healthier than regular frosting 3/4 cup cashews (soaked for 2hrs) 2tbs maple syrup 1 tbsp lemon juice 1tsp vanilla essence Add coconut water as needed till smooth and creamy when blending Can be stored in the fridge or freeze (could even be eaten as ice cream yum yum)

Rollos de canela sin glaseado👌 Por fin ya les traigo esta receta que esta perfecta para compartir en esta temporada de novenas y fiestas🌟☃️❄ Ingredientes 1 taza de leche de almendras 7 grs de levadura 1 cda stevia 2 tazas de harina de trigo integral 2 tazas de harina de arroz 1/3 taza de ghee 1 cdta de sal 2 huevos Para el relleno 1 cdas de stevia 2 cdas de canela 1 cdta de núez moscada Preparación Se calienta la leche, solo tibia y se agrega ña levadura y la stevia, se integra bien hasta que no haya grumos y se deja reposar por 10' Pasado este tiempo se lleva esta preparación a un bowl y se agregan todos los ingredientes excepto la ultima taza de harina que se agrega de acuerdo a ña consistencia de la mezcla, se integra todo hasta obtener una masa suave, si esta muy pegajosa se agrega la otra taza de harina, se integra y se deja en el bowl por 1 hora para que la levadura se active👌 Pasada esta hora la masa debe haber aumentado su tamaño y se lleva a una superficie plana enharinada y se edtiende la masa si amasar para no perder el volmen ganado, con la ayuda de un rollido y de las manos vamos fotmando un retangulo. Aparte en un recipiente mezclamos la canela, la stevia y núez moscada para poner en la masa que tenemos estendida pero antes la pintamos con una brocha con unas gotas de agave(esto para que la mezcla de la canela pegue bien) Empezamos a enrollar sin apretar, una vez hemos enrollado cortamos los extremos que casi no queda con mezcla de canela y luego cortamos el rollo a la mitad, la mitad a lamitad y así hasta terminar, se dejan reposar por 40' y al cabo de este tiempo ellos han crecido y ae llevan al horno por 15' a 220° o hasta que al introducir un palillo este salga limpio, si desean pueden hoenear por 10' pintar con crema de leche y hornear por 10'(esto para que los rollos quede mas suaves) y así quedan estos deliciosos rollos perfectos para compartir y departir😋👏 así son ricos pero si lods prefieren con glaseado en un proximo post les dire como se hace😉 . . . . Pain areas: in the face or neck, usually confined to one side of the head, but can occur on either side of the head Pain types: can be dull Headache: can be acute, frequent, severe, or throbbing Sensory: aura, pins and needles, sensitivity to light, or sensitivity to sound Whole body: dizziness, light-headedness, or malaise Gastrointestinal: nausea or vomiting Visual: blurred vision or distorted vision Also common: irritability, nasal congestion, or scalp tenderness Some lifestyle alterations might help reduce migraine frequency, including: • Practice muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. • Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get the right balance of sleep each night, making sure to go to bed and wake up at consistent times. Aim for a regular sleep schedule and get an adequate amount of sleep. • Rest and relax.
