Next time you fall into a recipe rut, try out this parmesan risotto recipe! Pair this with a protein and vegetable of your choice and you have yourself a tasty dinner. • 5 cups chicken broth 1 ½ cups water 4 Tbsp butter  2 large garlic cloves, minced 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cups Arborio rice 1 cup white wine 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped. • Bring the broth and water to a boil in a large saucepan, then reduce heat and cover. In a dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Add in onion and cook until soft. Add in garlic and rice, cook 3-5 minutes. Add in wine and cook stirring constantly until wine is fully absorbed (about 3 minutes). Stir in 5 cups of hot broth and reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer until almost all liquid has been absorbed (16-18 minutes), stirring twice during this process. Add in 1 cup of hot broth and stir gently until risotto becomes creamy. Add in the Parmesan cheese and remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Такое скучное ПЭПЭ Рецепт "банановые штуки" называется, видео в карусели!) ⠀ ❗Понадобится: • время - очень много, аж 10 минут! • 3 средних банана • шоколад на меду или горький (от 80%) - 90гр. Шоколад на меду есть во вкусвилле, ленте. • для украшения и дополнительной пользы: орехи/курага/кокосовая стружка/семена - на ваше усмотрение. Я брала кокосовую, миндаль, семена подсолнечника, ягоды годжи (чисто для акцента на фото, такие они невкусные 😅) и курагу. ⠀ ❗Приготовление: ✔️ Растопить шоколад на водяной бане. ✔️ Разрезать бананы пополам ✔️ Обмакнуть бананы в шоколад (но у меня он какой-то густой вышел. Выкладывала шоколад вручную)) ✔️ На шоколад налепить красоты в виде миндаля, кураги и прочей сладости. Нарежьте все кусочками, так и вкуснее, и удобнее будет) ✔️ Отправить в морозилку на час. I've been trying a lot of new foods/recipes lately. As you probably know (or not) when you have an eating disorder it's difficult to leave your confort zone. But I think that even if it's very hard , I have to do it if I want to recover .Today I made @lift_vegan chickpea cakes for my mom and I and let me tell you guys that it was INSANE😍. 🍴dEATS: •Broccoli •Green Beans •Toasted walnuts •Chickpea cake ( added a ton of spices)🍴

Kung Pao Cauliflower "Chicken" with rice.😉👌 INGREDIENTS: 2 small heads cauliflower (makes around 3 1/2 cups of florets) 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp cornstarch, mixed __ 3 tbsp oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup sliced onion leeks 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1/4 cup peanuts, optional Dried chili, optional 1/4 tsp Szechuan peppercorns, optional __ Sauce 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar 3 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water __ DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together except the cornstarch and water. 2. In a bowl, marinate the cauliflower in soy sauce and cornstarch mix for 10-15 minutes. 3. Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Place the marinated cauliflower and cook for 15 minutes until tender. Cover while cooking for the cauliflower to cook in the steam. Set aside cooked cauliflower. 4. Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Once hot, sauté the garlic, onion leeks, bell peppers, Szechuan peppers, and dried chili (if using). 5. Add in the sauce mixture. Once it boils, add in the cornstarch and water mixture. Lower heat and then mix well. Add in the cauliflower. Cook until the cauliflower absorbs the sauce and is thick. Credit: @fitness_meals #vegans #healthymeal #diet
