HOW TO HAVE A CONSISTENT WORKOUT ROUTINE I always knew that if I wanted to have a body that I felt comfortable in, then working out was the answer. But I could never get myself to stick with it. I'd workout maybe 2 days in a row doing some kind of cardio and body weight based workout. I'd get bored of it and give up once again. I didn't get it. How can these all of these people on instagram being doing it but I can't? Here's 3 tips you can apply right now to start working out and actually stick to it this time around! - ✨Do what you love - I wasn't about the cardio life. I dreaded it which is why I never stuck with it. You have to find what works for you. For me, it was weight lifting! For you, it might be cross fit or zumba. If you don't genuinely enjoy what you're doing then you're never going to stick with it. - ✨Schedule it into your day - The truth is, motivation is going to come and go. When it leaves, you have to rely on your habits to get your workout in. I recommend working out the same days every week at the same time. For example, you could workout Monday through Friday at 9 am. This way, you have no excuses! - ✨Find someone to push you - Accountability is key my friend. Find a workout buddy so you can push each other to stick with it each day. ‼️CAREFUL WHO IS WATCHING YOU😔‼️ Yesterday my heart shattered. My 10 year old little sister always holds off eating breakfast because she doesn’t want to be “fat”. I always encourage her to eat whenever she wants and whatever she wants. It was 1 pm yesterday and I asked her “why do you wait so long?” She replied with “well you do it and you’re skinny”💔💔💔💔 I forgot I had eyes on me, she looks up to me and I failed to remember that :( she is to young to have these thoughts.. I love this little girl so much she is a big reason on why I am getting better🧸👯‍♀️💓

Os prometo ✋🏼 que éste HELADO DE STRACCIATELLA VEGANO, queda BESTIAL! Me lo imagino en forma de magnum cubierto de chocolate 🤤🤤🤤🤤 y babeo sola!! Pero no tengo moldes🤣🤣🤣 así que, toca hacerme con unos en breve!! . Por lo pronto, guárdate esta maravilla! Y me cuentas que te parece! : INGREDIENTES: - 150 gr de anacardos crudos ( remojados en agua mínimo 6 horas) - 200 ml de nata de soja - 400 ml de leche de Almendras - 1 cucharada de Vainilla líquida - 225 gr Sirope de agave - 2 cucharaditas de almidón de maíz ( sirve como espesante) - 8 onzas de chocolate 85% Triturar todo en un procesador, excepto las onzas de chocolate que se incorporan al final, hasta conseguir un batido cremoso. Añadir el chocolate en trocitos del tamaño que gustéis. Llevar a un recipiente preferiblemente que tenga tapadera, así evitamos que coja sabores. Y aquí llega la parte importante: hay que remover muy bien el helado, que meteremos en el congelador, y cada hora, sacarlo y remover muy bien. Repetir el proceso como mínimo 4 veces, para conseguir que nuestro helado no nos forme cristales de hielo desagradables en el momento de disfrutarlo! If you were shamed, choose compassion. Because is there anything more badass than witnessing someone GIVE what they were never given? • I am thinking of the friend who says “join us” even though their childhood was full of isolation • I am thinking of the intimate partner who loves with integrity even though their parents’ relationship was rife with deceit • I am thinking about the woman who parents with gentleness even though she was raised by a mother who knew only of judgement • I am thinking about the man who shows up day after day for his kids even though his own father was nowhere to be found • The stuff that you are shifting in your life today grants healing to the little person you once were. In the coolest time warp of all, you are basically raising yourself. Your commitment to breaking the cycle is fucking amazing. And never ever underestimate it.

Life doesn’t ever hit plateaus or any stagnant moments, you’ve just stopped doing enough to keep things moving . This was so hard for me to accept. That feeling of things slowing down, stress creeping in, feeling low cause there used to be so much more happening. But only reason things slowed down is cause I did! And that’s a hard pill to swallow...believe me😅...but once you do, you can start acting on that and expecting more of yourself than ever before . Hey lovelies! 💕 I am absolutely rubbish at posting on my personal social media let alone trying to keep on top of this! But I’ve been going through some personal issues! But my other half took control of my head for a week and we started the Low Fodmap Diet without professional help! (I’ve asked for it and they keep forcing medication on me) 😤 so I have no idea if I’m doing this right! One thing I’m struggling with is finding gravy with no onion or garlic powder it and it’s a nightmare!! 🙈😫 Anyway! This tea is one of my favourites! My Momma used to cook this for me but with a bucket full of cottage cheese! J'aime l'alignement des choses , la symétrie. J'aime les lignes droites et les points de fuite. J'aime les courbes aussi mais harmonieuses et équilibrées, tendant vers le cercle ⭕ . J'ai besoin de clarté et de minimalisme. De simplicité et d'ouverture. . Pourtant la vie est tout l'inverse. Peut être est ce pour ça que je me bats sans cesse et que le lâcher prise est difficile. Mais justement, plus on lâche prise, plus la clarté pointe son nez. Plus c'est simple et limpide, moins le cerveau s'emballe et sencombre. . Ca demande du boulot, se poser de bonnes questions, trier. Mais au final, le voyage est aussi intéressant que la destination ❤️

Tomorrow I fly to PA to be in my sister's wedding, and visit with family and friends for a week. These are just a couple of my travel must haves. Peace and Calming is pretty self explanatory, and in case you didn't already know, it smells like actual magic. Nutmeg vitality to support my adrenals because flying is stressful for the body. Granola....well, because I'm always hungry. And diy thieves wipes. Someone shared the recipe with me a few months ago, and I just now tried it for the first time. It's soooo easy. After I made them, I wiped down the kitchen and bathroom just to try them out, and I think they'll be a mainstay in our house now! I used about half a package of coffee filters, poured half a cap of Thieves household cleaner over it, and then poured filtered water over everything until they were perfect.

Bonsoir les Igers🌹 Pour le dîner ce sera courgettes de tofu à la crème mascarpone et menthe, au four. Un vrai régal, une recette facile et rapide, tres saine, #healtyfood. Bonne soirée 😘😘 Recette: 3 #courgettes, 250gr de mascarpone, 1oeuf, 1cuillere à soupe d huile d olive, de la menthe fraîche ou sèche, sel, poivre, 1 cuillère à soupe de de noix de muscade, 1carré de tofu nature, parmesan râpé. Couper en petits dés le tofu et verser dans un petit saladier avec de l huile d olive et quelques feuilles de menthe. Réserver. Laver et couper les courgettes en 2, enlever le centre avec un couteau et placer sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Dans un autre saladier mélanger le mascarpone avec l oeuf, saler et poivrer. Ajouter les feuilles de menthe ciselées et la noix de muscade. Rajouter les dés de tofu dans la crème et mélanger. ENERGY DRINKS | Just chilling with my can of Monster because I wanted to get your guys’ thoughts on energy drinks . I got lectured by a guy I work with yesterday on how I shouldn’t be drinking energy drinks because I’m ‘healthy’ ...! (This coming from a man who eats 2 lunches, downs at least 3 cans of fizzy drinks and god knows how many drinks cake of crisps a day, but I digress...) . Point is, what I choose to eat and drink is an entirely personal choice. And secondly, drinking energy drinks doesn’t necessarily make me ‘unhealthy’. I usually drink a half to whole can a day to get by, at least on a working day. This guy’s view was that I shouldn’t be that dependant on caffeine. . But I don’t drink coffee at all, or any sugar filled fizzy drinks. And a have a cup or two of tea at most a day. On top of endless glasses of water. Plus I move my body for at least an hour if not 2 or more a day and I eat 3 balanced meals. I could go on. . You can’t judge someone by one thing they choose to eat or drink. .
