POST-WORKOUT DATE BALLS 💪 One of my #momsquad friends @renelworthy shared this delicious recipe with me and OMG, I think I will be making a weekly batch! 💜 The recipe is from the book GET THE GLOW by @madeleine_shaw_ Might be adding this to my collection too. Do you need a new breakfast idea other then BPC and Eggs? Give this fauxtmeal a try!! It packs well for travel(I brought some with me on this trip) and is very filling(full of fiber)Here I added 2 Tbsp of walnuts for a crunch, 1 Tbsp of peanut butter, and a milk chocolate square from @choczero (no sugar alcohols in their chocolate). 🥣 Fauxtmeal Makes 4 1/2 Cup Servings 1/2 Cup and 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds 1/2 Cup and 2 tablespoons Flax Meal 1/2 Cup and 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut 2 teaspoons cinnamon Sweeten to your liking Mix all the ingredients in an air tight container. Then scoop on 1/2 cup( saving the rest for another serving) and mix it with 1/2 cup boiling water. Let sit for 3 minutes. Then add 1/2 cup warm unsweetened almond milk and mix well. Let’s talk about making the best of things. Today this MONSTER thought it would be cool to barf at school 🤮 and is clearly trying to play hooky because he’s as tortuous as ever 😜, not missing a beat. So far today I’m defining “working from home” as pulling him down off the kitchen counter 50 times (so fun that he’s figured that out🤨) and a tug of war over my computer mouse. But shit I did say I was gonna make the best of this....so well, I AM in leggings and can binge on Netflix while working at nap time🤷‍♀️👌🏻. Using essential oils aromatically can be done by: 👉Using a diffuser. Diffusers that use cold air or water are ideal. (One of my favorite diffuser recipes is to use equal parts of lavender and spearmint, it is amazing after a long day and you want to relax!) . . 👉You can achieve the same health benefits by simply placing a few drops of essential oil in the palm of your hand that is then cupped around the nose as you inhale. . . Additional aromatic uses for essential oils include: 👉Apply oil to a cotton ball and place in the air vents of your vehicle 👉Mix oils in a spray bottle with water and mist over furniture, carpet, or linens 👉Add oil to a batch of laundry or dryer sheets 👉Use in household surface cleaners. . .
