“What’s for Dinner?” mystery solved once again.💁‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️💁🏿‍♀️ . I used to roast vegetables in an effort to clean out the fridge for years. And last week I was doing it once again to post #ontheblog and then a question “but what’s for dinner?” popped up in my head. And I knew I had to fix this recipe because if I’m spending 30 minutes in the kitchen and I still have that mystery question then I’m doing smth VERY wrong. Like who does that in 2018?🤦‍♀️ . Buckwheat and arugula salad from @forksoverknives, @jamieoliver moorish pork chops stuffed with cranberries (instead of raisins), and garlic sautéed rapini! Yummy! The buckwheat I made ahead of time to cut down on how long it took to cook dinner, which is always a big help! The rapini was blanched ahead of time as well. Pork chops didn’t take too long to cook; I think the stuffing was really the hardest part of the meal. In the end it was all to delicious! Banana pancakes 🥞 are always a hit in my house, but this time of year it’s fun to throw in something seasonal and festive —> enter pumpkin 🎃🎃🎃 These pancakes are grain-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free 👌🏼 Harper & Cruz love these and will eat them without any syrup. They’re easy to take on the go too!! . . 🎃 PANCAKES (2-4 servings) . INGREDIENTS: . *2 TB coconut oil *4 pasture-raised eggs *1 banana *1/2 cup pumpkin purée . *1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon *3 TB coconut flour *1/4 tsp baking soda *1/2 tsp vanilla extract *pinch of sea salt Optional toppings: almond butter, sunflower seed butter, coconut butter, shredded coconut, hemp hearts, @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips, maple syrup DIRECTIONS: Heat oil in a skillet/griddle on med-high heat. Place all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let sit for 2 min. Pour small pancakes (about 3” in diameter) for best results. Cook a few minutes until you begin to see bubbling, flip carefully, and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Add optional toppings and ENJOY 😋😋

She made sweet potato muffins, but due to my own laziness (spooning batter into muffin pans is TIME and time is scarce around here lol) I made a loaf out of it instead! BALANCE! An important word to Incorporate into your daily routine. Whose guilty for not doing so? 🙋🏽Because we are 🤦🏽‍♀️ Balance comes in many forms such as... A balanced diet - most of the time we eat way too much sweet foods over savoury because smoothies, oats and raw treats are life! 😉 Balanced social life with work life - Up until now we have never really had a social life as our education was our main priority. Lastly, hormonal balance - our hormones haven't been balanced for years due to being under weight, under eating and over stressed. What we've learnt is not one method fits all to balance hormones. If you think just by taking maca powder will get your period back It's far from the truth especially if your underlying issue is being underweight and you continue to under eat and over exercise. To balance hormones you need to find the reason behind the cause and act accordingly. Ok, ok enough about this balance talk and let's just appreciate this balanced breakfast full of healthy carbs, fats and protein. -------- Overnight chocolate protein oats 🍫😍 In a bowl soak oats with chocolate pea protein, @simpletribe Dark chocolate smoothie mix and nut milk. In the morning top with fresh mango, coconut cream, coconut flakes and cacao spread. Enjoy! xxx

Son fáciles de preparar, livianas y llenas de nutrientes. En este caso: 🌱zanahoria cruda en láminas (con mandolina o pela papas haces tiras. Una alternativa al rallador 😉). 🌱repollo morado. 🌱arroz yamani integral. También podes usar quinoa! Si haces bastante al principio de semana la podes usar para estas ocasiones. La tenes que guardar en un recipiente hermético en la heladera y listo! 🌱zucchinni en fideos o tiritas.
