Buenas a todoos😘 bajan 2 grados y yo ya te estoy haciendo sopa ajajajajja, pero esta es taan rica que la comería hasta con 40 de sensación térmica😂 🎃SOPA CREMOSA DE CEBOLLA Y CALABAZA🎃 (vegana) Lo que necesitas es muy a ojo pero les paso lo que usé yo: 🎃2 cebollas picadas 🎃400 g de calabaza cortada en cubitos 🎃agua 🎃condimentos a elección (yo usé sal rosada, pimienta, pimentón, curry y una rodajita de jengibre (❤️) 🥣PROCEDIMIENTO: 1- sofreír la cebolla, agregar los cubos de calabaza y cocinar por 5 minutos 2- agregar 2 vasos de agua, tapar y dejar cocinar por 15/20 minutos a fuego máximo 3- cuando la calabaza se empiece a desarmar sola pisar con pisapapa o mezclar con batidor de alambre 4- la consistencia depende de cada uno; si ves que ya se desarmó pero sigue teniendo bastante agua, pone el fuego al máximo con la olla destapada y mezcla hasta que tenga la consistencia que querés y si ves que le falta agua agregale y tapa la olla con el fuego al mínimo 5- condimentá con lo que más te guste y lisssto🙌 (si le agregan una o dos cucharaditas de azúcar le queda un gusto dulce muuy rico). VEGETARIAN CHILLI CON CARNE // one of my favourite meal prep recipes evaaa bcos who doesn't love Mexican 😍🌶 and it's all done in one pan so minimal cleaning #winning 🙌🏼 recipe below 👇🏼this makes 4 serves. . . . 1 tin lentils 1 tin kidney beans 1 can of corn kernels 1 tin crushed tomatoes 1 tsp each of cumin & paprika 2 tsp Mexican chilli powder (I like it spicy!) 1 diced brown onion 1 diced carrot 1 diced red capsicum 2 tbsp chopped jalapeños 250ml vegetable stock 1. In a large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, capsicum and spices + salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until soft (5-8 minutes). 2. Add in the lentils, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes and jalapeños and sauté for a few minutes. 3. Pour in the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. 4. R I S O T T O de coliflor y hongos by @dulcegrano . . . —ingredientes— - 1 paquete arroz de coliflor organico (350gr) - 15 pzas champiñones - 5 pzas setas* - 10 pzas shitake - 1/8 pza cebolla (un puño ya picada) - 150gr queso de cabra - 2 cdas vinagre blanco o vino blanco - Aceite de oliva - Aceite de aguacate - Sal de grano - Aceite de trufa - Arugula - Queso parmesano . . . —procedimiento— - Calentar aceite de aguacate con aceite de oliva.
