Who’s ready for some winter YUMMINESS??!! This carmelized banana oatmeal bowl is the BEST! I treated myself to it today on my off day while I set up my new house and it’s hitting the spot big time. Carmelized Banana Brekky Bowl: 1. Heat a tbl each of hazelnut & coconut oil in a skillet. Slice a banana into thick slices and start them frying in the pan when hot (I fry on med heat). Drizzle with a tiny bit of maple syrup or honey to begin the carmelization. 2. Cook steel cut outs in a saucepan. I sprinkle in cinnamon and a dash of vanilla and a teeny pinch of sea salt. 3. Flip bananas! Usually takes 5 mins to heat/sear side 1. 4. In bowl, add 1 tbl flax seeds or flax meal. Add finished oatmeal. Drizzle with another bit of maple or honey (optional). Too with carmelized banana and all that yummy oil. Then finish off the bowl with a small handful of toasted pecans (I was out so used walnuts, which I don’t love as much). Lunch was something I’ve never had before but have been waiting to try for ages!!! This is a chickpea jacket potato sorta thing but the potato is cubed. I have never really liked to eat chickpeas tbh but usually I’ve eaten them straight from the can or just with food that doesn’t really go with them. It’s the texture and the feeling it left after eating didn’t mix well with me but today I LOVED IT. I put the chickpeas in a bowl with some water in the microwave for 2 minutes and then I drained them, added some mayo, hummus, turmeric (very little) garlic powder and nutritional yeast. I then mixed and mashed it with a fork and ate with sautéd onion and mushroom, toast sweet potato and a mini salad 🥗 I’ve seen this sort of recipe done before but I didn’t think I’d like and and I honestly love it so much I’m so glad I tried it. This took under 15 minutes to prep and cook. The only thing I wish I did different was use some alpro plain soya yoghurt instead of mayo just to keep it plantbased and vegan but otherwise it was a lovely healthy meal and would definitely have it again. [Rezept Proteinpudding] Hallo ihr Lieben Buch war gerade auf nem Geburtstag und es richtig schön und witzig. Solche Tage braucht man auch machen in denen man einfach glücklich ist und das Leben genießt auch wenn Mal nicht so geile Tage kommen die muss man einfach überstehen das wieder bessere kommen. Jetzt aber zu meinem Hammer Pudding der so lecker ist und so schnell gemacht ist. Die Zutaten: - 250ml Milch - 15g Whey - 10g Kakao - Flavedrops Als erstes die Milch mit dem Whey mit einem Handführgerät vermischen. Dann den Kakao dazu geben und weiter schlagen bis ein cremiger Pudding entsteht. Etwa so 3 Minuten. EASY TURKEY MEATBALLS Ingredients: 1 Small Onion (or half a large onion), skin removed, diced 1 Bell Pepper, seeds and stem removed, diced (I used red and yellow) 1 Jalapeno, seeds and stem removed, diced 1/3 Cup Oat Flour (or ½ cup quick cooking oats) 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin 1/4 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1 tsp Real Salt 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard (powder or prepared) 2 tsp Garlic Powder 20 oz ground turkey (93/7) 2 Eggs Combine all ingredients. Roll into 12 even meatballs. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and cook for 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Yields 12 meatballs. No lo es. Lo de siempre ha decantado la nutrición de un alumno a la debacle de la obesidad y enfermedades raras y demasiado prematuras). . 4. Planes. Sus planes. This one goes out to YOU, my allergen conscious/kitchen adventurous/PMSing/ingredient woke/control freak friend. However you may identify. You don’t need no man or woman, and you damn sure don’t need to buy chocolate covered strawberries from the grocery store for $12 made with dairy, refined sugar, or processed ingredients. You can do 👏it👏your👏self👏. Step 1: Go to your local health food store or online source and find a chocolate bar that contains 5g or less of sugar. The strawberry will bring the sweet heat. There are a lot of good options, you just have to read the labels. Look for ingredients like “cacao” vs cocoa (this means less processing, more nutrients), coconut sugar vs cane sugar etc. Step 2: Find some fresh organic strawberries with the stem attached...@traderjoes will have the best price typically. Step 3: Wash and dry the strawberries, set aside. The drying is crucial because it will help the chocolate to bind to the berry later. Step 4: This depends on what equipment you have handy. If you have a microwave, you can simply melt the chocolate bar by breaking it up into small even pieces and microwave in 30s increments in a small glass bowl or Pyrex, stirring in between, until smooth and melty. Personally I place a pot with two inches of water on the stove and then place a glass bowl that is about the same size on top and melt the bits on low heat, stirring consistently. Step 5: Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and place on tray when covered to your liking. Sprinkle desired toppings (I used rose petals on this picture) and set in the fridge to harden 🍓

Time to get our bake on this weekend! 🍩 There’s no doubt that doughnuts are perfect for every occasion but they can often be full of nasty ingredients and come with a hefty price tag, £5 for a doughnut say WHAT? Well I’m here to solve that.?These are gluten free, dairy free, nut free and can easily be made plant based. And the entire recipe will cost you just under two pounds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ RECIPE 👇🏼 2 cups of oats blended into flour 1/2 sweetener of choice 1 egg or flax egg (both work well) 2/3 cup almond milk 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp of @vitacoco Coconut oil 1/4 tsp of salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat your oven to 180°C, combine wet ingredients and dry separately. Incorporate the wet ingredients to the dry and scoop mixture into a doughnut tray (I use a silicone one £3 on eBay) and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Once cool you can start on your icing, mix two tablespoons of melted @vitacoco Coconut oil with icing sugar until you reach your desired consistency.

This is so easy if you are good with chopping for 10 minutes. Let’s say our kitchen smells like a taco shop!🙌⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sauté minced garlic, chopped onion, bell pepper, poblano pepper. After a few minutes, add chorizo (about 1/2 cup), cook, until done. Add saltless seasoning, pepper, and 1/4 tsp cumin. Add chopped zucchini, tomatoes and cook until done. Dinner: Finally went out and bought some fresh kale. It’s so difficult with everything now being imported since we are in the dead of winter here in Ontario. That secret of massaging the kale leaves and removing the stem makes such an incredible difference. Also added on some recently dehydrated mandarin oranges. 📝TRUFAS DE CHOCOLATE/CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES: ➡Ingredientes (10 unidades) ↪1 yema. ↪75ml de leche. ↪5gr de aceite de coco. ↪40gr de harina de almendra. ↪50gr de chocolate 85%. ➡Preparación: ↪Mezclamos la yema, la leche y el aceite de coco en una cazuela calentando a fuego medio hasta que se derrita el aceite y la yema se haga. ↪Añadimos la harina de almendra y seguimos removiendo. ↪Apartanos del fuego, añadimos el chocolate derretido y refrigeramos cubierto de papel film. ↪Hacemos las bolitas y, si queremos, las rebozamos. Yo las he rebozado en chocolate rallado, cacao puro desgrasado en polvo, harina de almendra y una mezcla de semillas molidas. ⚫ ➡Ingredients (10 truffles) ↪1 yolk. ↪75ml of milk. ↪5gr of coconut oil. ↪40gr of almond flour. ↪50gr of melted 85% cocoa chocolate. ➡Directions: ↪Mix the yolk, the milk and the coconut oil and cook the mixture on medium heat stirring until coconut oil is melted and the yolk is cooked. ↪Add the almond flour and continue stirring. ↪Take it off the heat, add the chocolate (melted) and refrigerate it covered with plastic wrap. ↪Shape it into little balls and, if wanted, coat your truffles. Tip toppings into a bowl and gently roll the truffles until evenly coated. Made a batch of triple chocolate cupcakes yesterday, and let me tell you: they turned out INCREDIBLE. And by incredible I mean really really good, so good that my very critical dad has already devoured 3 within the last 12 hours! Gonna make these one more time, just to be on the safe side, before sharing the recipe with you. So stay tuned ❤️

📝GALLETAS/COOKIES: ➡Ingredientes: ↪1 huevo. ↪225gr de harina de trigo integral. ↪25gr de harina de almendra. ↪70gr de aceite coco. ↪60gr de pasta de dátiles medjool. ↪Medio sobre de levadura. ↪Unas 3 cucharadas de leche. ↪Opcional: extracto de vainilla/canela/ralladura de limón o naranja. ➡Preparación: ↪Mezclamos todos los ingredientes y amasamos. Añadimos leche a cuharadas si la masa queda muy seca, hasta conseguir una masa moldeable que no se pegue en las manos. ↪Hacemos galletas de la forma que queramos. Yo he estirado la masa con rodillo y he utilizado un vaso como cortante redondo. ↪Horneamos a 130°C durante 10 minutos y otros 7 minutos (más o menos, depende del horno) a 170°C. Dejamos enfriar en una rejilla. ⚫ ➡Ingredients: ↪1 egg. ↪225gr of whole wheat flour. ↪25gr of almond flour. ↪70gr of coconut oil. ↪60gr of medjool dates paste. ↪1/2 packet of bakung powder. ↪Appoximately 3tbls of milk. ↪Optional: vanilla extract/cinnamon powder/orange or lemon yeast. ➡Directions: ↪Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. If needed add 1-2 tablespoons of milk, until it reaches the right consistency. ↪Shape it into cookies. I rolled the dough and then cut out round shapes using a glass. ↪Bake them for 10 minutes at 130°C and approximately other 7 minutes at 170°C.
